ShekiruBoomParticipantYea so I’m the guy who posted about having troubles with finishing and so I played pick up ball today and of course today… I dislocated my shoulder AND my elbow bc some1 landed on my arm… like how the hell do i dislocate both… jesus just venting my frustrations typing on one hand haha…

MJ FOR LIFE 23ParticipantLet me tell you a story of recovery. Back in year 9, an up and coming player for a school started spraining his ankles and pretty soon dislocated it. Was in rehab for a year and didn’t play his entire year 9 and 10. In year 11 he tried playing again and was soon getting back in form when he was once again hit by the injury bug and sprained his knee. Wasn’t able to play his entire year 11 and began to lose hope. He got back up trained his hardest and skipped most varsity teams to become a part of the premier team in his school that went on to win a national title. True story.
