Why do I keep “triggering the spam filter”?

OK, why the fuck do I keep getting "Your submission has triggered the spam filter and will not be accepted." messages?? Last time I checked, I’m not a spambot. I’m posting normal fucking things.

The spam filter can detect junk before it’s written and not allow the entry to be posted…

you have to be more specific about what your posting, i mean sometimes it happens to me, but I just change a few things around and it lets it though.

Everytime I copy and paste something I trigger the spam filter, so if you did that then it will probably be triggered as spam. Try typing everything by hand its annoying but Ive had to do it to get past the filter before.
