Kevin Durant as a scorer or Carmelo as a scorer – KD is techinically the best scorer in the league because he had the highest scoring average, but Carmelo is the more complete scorer. KD ssttles for too many jumpshots for my liking. 

Javale Mcgee hops or D-Howard hops – Howard is more explosive. McGee is longer & taller. McGee’s length exxagerates his athleticism.  

Perry Jones or Jared Sullinger – I think Sullinger will be a 6th man in the NBA because he’s not a two-way player. I’m not the biggest Jones fan either, but I think Jones will have a higher impact in the NBA because he has more physical tools.

John Wall hops or D-Rose hops – D-Rose has the higher vertical. I do think Wall is the quicker jumper though, but I gotta go with D-Rose on this one.

Robert Horry’s career or John Stockton’s career – Horry has the rings, but he was a role player for all those teams. Stockton always had a bigger role.

John Wall athletism or Westbrook athletism- John Wall. He’s got all the same athleticism as Westbrook, but he’s faster though. Wall has greyhound-type speed.

Kevin Durant as a scorer or Carmelo as a scorer- Durant. You think he has 15 points, and he has 40. As effortless a scorer as I’ve seen. Needs to work on his handle and post game more though, but he just is blessed as a scorer. Carmelo is more well-rounded though.

Perry Jones or Jared Sullinger- That’s a tough one, but I’ll say Sullinger. Although I think Sullinger will be a maligned defender in the NBA. Jones is going to be a player in the NBA though, for sure.

My boy Matt Stafford or Tony Homo- Matt Stafford. Something about Romo is missing. He’s too inconsistent and he gets rattled at the wrong times. He does have his moments though, and he can put together some great games. But Stafford is younger, has a better arm, more upside, and he’s finally healthy. His player value is probably among the highest in the NFL right now.

McGee- If were talking strictly about hops and jumping then Ill say Javale. Its Howard’s strength and balance that make him the better in-game athlete.

I dont think either of these guys are future all-star caliber players. I feel like Jones and Baylor are gonna do huge things this year but still need to see it actually happen. Sullinger won’t be able to bully his way around in the NBA like in the Big Ten. I think hes potentially a 15-10 guy though.
