You really cant tell if he shaved his head since you can’t see his hairline, I want to see a better pic, and good for him, don’t pull a Clyde Drexler/ Karl Malone, just give in to it, if you look close enough Kobe is thinning out pretty bad on his crown and that forehead has grown since the fro days
