    1. Anthony Randolph ( i think the kid is skilled, has put good numbers with given time) Don Nelson isnt the coach that plays rookies, he plays more on matchups.

what he needs (strenght and weight training)
    better ballhandling

    Projection 2009 12 ppg 7 rpg and 1.5 bpg
life potential 20ppg 10 rpg and 2 bpg

    2. Javale McGee

He is another guy who has given good games, he is still ways in weight and strenght but talent is there

    projection 2009 13 ppg 7.5 rpg and 1.8bpg
tops 18 ppg 11 rpg and 2 bpg

what he needs (strenght and weight training)
    low post skills

    3. Bayless

He is a nice player in a wrong situation ( cause the blazers are crowded in the PG position)
he needs more experience and playing time will come.

what he needs (just experience and working his 3p accuracy)

Kosta Koufos and Gallinari (they just need and bit of strenght and playing time)

Alexis Ajinca ( i will mention him with bigger Ifs)

If he bulks up ( he needs 30 pounds badly)
if he gets a chace to get more experience
    if he refines his jumpshot

He could be a very good player ( anyway tell me what you think of him) his lenght is intriging

Alexis Ajinca is the Optimity of the word prospect

he has the build to be a pf and a secodary postion center if trained rite

    the potenial to b a great pick n roll/spot up/post player

any team a want a player like that

he need to adjust to the american game tho and get physical and aggrsive

but 1 thing about foreign prospect they never reach there potential its rare

dirk the only lottery prospect to do somthin

    parker and manu, are aggressive

    but sleepers in being drafted

    i hope

    Kosta Koufos and Gallinari
    Alexis Ajinca

    all reach there poteinal

n bayless reminds me of a monta ellis

maybe wit a better jumper to

plus hes got pretty of time to improve on his pg skills shots and over all game

ppl are going to regret passing on him

One word…spellcheck! I think Gallinari is a player who will show how good he really is when he gets the minutes. As for Randolph, the guy is a rebounding machine. I can see him competing for a reb title if he logs the minutes as well.

What about Courtney Lee of the magic he is getting quality time playing there. Also what about Donte Green or Deandre Jordan both are on lottery teams with questionable talent ahead of them. For a sleeper Kyle Weaver who is getting playing time with Durant and Green out with injury.

    I LIKE JASON THOMPSON

    TO

AND I DONT THINK RANDOLPH WILL BE A BIG TIME REBOUNDER

HE WILL HAVE BIG NIGHTS BUT NOT 10 OR MORE REBOUNDS A NIGHT

HE WILL NEVER LEAD THE LEAGUE IN REBOUNDS

    WITH LEE

    HOWARD

    BEASLEY

    ^^^^^^^^^^^^
I THINK HE WILL PAN OUT N BE A BIG TIME REBOUNDER

    BIEDRINS

NO HE WILL NEVER GET THAT TITLE

PLUS HE NOT A POST PLAYER HE IS BUT HE NEED WORK OR HIS POST PLAY
    N FOOT WORK

HE COME OUT N SLASHES AND TAKE SHOTS N RUNS THE FLOOR N FASTBREAKS ALIKE

WATCH THE SUMMER LEAUGE SO I MIGHT HAVE SAW HIM PLAY MORE THEN
    MANY OTHERS

He is avg. 4.5rebs in just 13min of play. That comes out to over 16 per 48min. He can board.

Monta Ellis has a great jumper…. What are you talking about? Maybe one of the best mid-range games in the whole league. Bayless has a jumper but not as deadly as Monta….. Well Monta before the accident that is…. And you need to take some type of grammar classes as well…. At least make it so I can understand what you are saying….

Anthony Randolph has already had 5 10+ rebound games, and has had 7 or more in 9 other games, and he had 12 rebounds against two teams with great big men; the Orlando Magic with Dwight Howard and the LA Lakers with Andrew Bynum and Pau Gasol. So to say he won’t be a great rebounder is wrong. He gets higher than Biedrins and takes away rebounds from him, so if anything, Biedrins’ rebounds will go down.
