Who else is bored as hell over the lockout?

What a crappy time to have a lockout…Stern and Hunter are really blowing it.
I’m bored as hell already…I can’t imagine a prolonged lockout will be good for fan goodwill. I’m getting really bored, and judging by the totally random topics on forums, I’m guessing lots of other people are bored as well.
What are people doing to keep their basketball fan-dom going? Personally, I’m trying to imagine all the roster moves I can make to blow up the T-Wolves, and I daydream about kicking Glen Taylor and David Kahn out, and pulling a fan-based coup d’etat on the Wolves, lol

I was excited for summer league this year too, I feel there would be a nice crop of players to watch closely especially guys like Irving and Kanter who we havent seen much of.

Well nba season hasn’t really started yet so it really hasnt affected me yet. I guess no summer league sucks and no preseason but until it comes to when the NBA season starts and it still hasnt started. Ima be pissed.

It really stinks since the Grizzlies are a contender plus we are getting Rudy Gay back. I mean, with Durant and Rose and Blake Griffin there is a lot of young talent out there. There are plenty of games I want to see this year. And you still have a great Lakers team and a great Heat team plus the defending champion Dallas Mavericks.
I hope the NBA doesn’t blow all its good will by missing the entire year. That would be very bad since many basketball fans like college ball more than pro ball.
If the NBA cancels the entire season I guess we will all be trying to find internet streams of Euro League games.

Not yet. Still have Brewer playoff baseball coming up and another Super Bowl run to look forward to for the Packers starting in a month. Been playing some 2k but Im sure Ill be missing NBA more and more til we get closer to october november.

I can never get as excited for college basketball like with the NBA. The NBA is the best of the best from all over the world with different storylines and hype for each team. I hope there is some type of NBA season next year.

It’s NFL season partner….I don’t worry about the NBA until October, although it’s really unfortunate that there probably won’t be a season. Personally I think there will be a season, although I think the season may be shortened and will start in early January.

But on the real, I’ve mostly just been doubling my dosage of NBA2k11. Trying to see how many seasons into my MY PLAYER i can make it before we get an NBA season. Luckily we have football coming to save the day.
If no No NBA season, then we’ll all be super informed on players come draft time as we’ll have FAR more time to watch the collegiate ranks.
