Whenever "next season" might be, who among these 2nd year guys will truly bust out and make a name for himself?

    – Gordon Hayward

    – Paul George

    – Greg Monroe

    – Landry Fields

    – DeMarcus Cousins

    – Xavier Henry

    – Lance Stephenson

    – Ed Davis

    – Jordan Crawford

It looks like last year turned out alot of very good players..I expect improvements from alot of guys like

    Paul George-Indy got a steal last season…

Gordon Heyward..That game against the Lakers last season showed people he belonged in this league..

Greg Monroe-Might be Detroit’s best player next year…

Xavier Henry-Before he got hurt opposing coaches & players were praising his defense and poise for a young player…

Landry Fields-I said during the draft,he should be a 1st rounder..His play slipped alot after they got Carmelo..It’s going to be interesting to see how he will adjust his game next season..

Ed Davis-.He can be a nightly double double guy..

All those guys are future stars…But Cousins has the talent to be a All NBA 2nd or 3rd team performer as early as next season..But his maturity and defense has to improve…Its all up to him…

I agree.  Most of the guys will get better, but as far as potential and opportunity, and team focus, I would say the two guys most likely to really show up and move up a few levels would be Murnoe, and Cousins.

The rest of the guys are good, but are probably either not good enough, or not in the righ position to blow up.  Detroit wants to focus on the young guys, and Munroe can play as much as he wants/earns.  The Kings would love Cousins to  be their #1.5/2 next to Evans, and will also play him as long as he dosent get sketchy.

    Good list though.

Eric Bledsoe….Once he cuts the turnovers down I think he will be a VERY solid PG in the league.

Ed davis- casey loves defense and thats what ed davis provides, hopefully he puts on some more weight muscle wise and develops his offensive game more. Expect him and bargs(if he still around) to split time at pf.

Evan turner- he showed in the playoffs that he is a very good prospect, he was a late bloomer in college so he maybe the same in the nba.

Derrick favors- athletic pf that should fit well with kanter as the future jazz lineup, last year was a huge confusion for him being in trade talks from the minute he stepped in nj, he never really felt comfortable. now with the jazz he has a home and can develop.

John wall- if he is using his time wisely in the lockout he should be working on his jumper like drose did, and he will be a monster next season. will the imcoming pieces the wizards have he should have plenty of opportunity to score and show off his passing skills.

Greg Monroe- he is the future of the pistons, and with a brandon knight coming in, it should give more scoring opportunities since he finally has a pg. I think he increases his rebounding as well

latavious williams- he is not going to breakout but i see him getting on a roster, he is raw and i am sure a contender will pick him up and develop him til then he is improving in the d league
