So can somebody please tell me why in the HELL is Terrence Williams from Louisville a 2nd rounder. Hes bigger and more athletic than Harden, more polished than Henderson, and outplayed Sam Young from Pitt head to head. I definitely agree that Earl Clark is a lotto stud, but Williams… C’mon people lets bet serious. He’s not 1 of the 13 most talented players in the country????????

He will be a LOW first round pick. The only reason is because he’s not a big time scorer. He is a very good defender, rebounder, and passer but as a scorer he is not much of a factor.

I’d take him over Henderson, but I would not take him over Young because Young just continues to get better and better.

I have no idea… I thought after his freshman year if he wanted to score he couldv’e left after his sophmore year.. He is a great college polayer and always was a great prospect.. But he never really wanted to put up big scoring number.. It seems like he puts team over I honestly.. He and Tasmin Mitchell were in the same class.. after their outstanding freshman years those are the 2 people we heard about.. That was even before tyrus thomas was drafted on athletic ability alone..

I agree 100% on Terrence Williams,he should be a mid 1st round pick in my eyes,i dont think he has tha ceiling James Harden as far as pro potential but he’s right there. Ive alaways said his only weakness is his outside shot, but if they can teach Lebron how 2 shoot they can do the same for Terrence. Terrence impacts the game in so many ways outside of scoring and makes teammates better with his ability to be a playmaker and rebound the basketball, i could even see him playing spot point guard minutes at the next level. But yes he is deserving of a first round spot because he is if not one of the most versatile players in this draft that isnt very deep. Henderson is just an athlete who skills havent caught up to his physical abilities an needs another year,Demar Derozan is obviously not ready if anybody has watched a USC game,Sam Young has improved but is still a project, and Tyler Smith just looks to uncomfortbale playing on the perimeter. Terrence Williams is obviously the second best draft prospect as far as shooting guards go in this years draft.

Terrence Williams is also leading Louisville in scoring this season, and is 2nd in pretty much every other statistical category on the team. Im not convinced that he couldn’t score between 20-25 points a game in the league. Pitino’s system is centered around distributing the scoring around, and Terrence Williams can also pass the ball very well

I really like that Iguodala comparison. Even though Williams gets nailed for his shooting, I think he’s a better shooter than Andre, while I think Andre is the better ballhandler. They both just make plays, and that’s why I like them both.
