NO EZ BUCKETSParticipantI have tested this with espn draft machine so don’t ask if the contracts work.
With rumers about Monta Ellis still going on I decided to make a trade between the jazz and the warriors.
Warriors get: al jefferson, paul millsap, and jeremy evans.
Jazz get: Monta Ellis and Andris Biedrins.
Jazz lineup: harris,ellis,hayward,favors,kanter.
Warriors lineup: Curry, thompson, wright, lee, jefferson.
please give me your feedback and comments.

Stojakovicfor3ParticipantNo. That just clogs up Golden State’s frontcourt, while their backcourt is weak. They would then have Lee, Udoh, Jefferson, Milsap, Aumundson, Tyler, Adrien and Evans at the PF and C positions and would only have Curry, Thompson, Jenkins, Lin, Law and Williams which Is pretty weak.

CalipariParticipantDoesn’t make sense for the Jazz to take on the long-term contracts of Ellis and Biedrins in the midst of a promising rebuild. They get rid of Big Al, but They’d love to keep Millsap as the 6th man, and Evans holds promise as well. Also, Golden State trades Ellis without getting a true 2 guard back. They could move Wright there, but then who starts at the 3 reliably and consistently? Doesn’t make sense for either team. From the Jazz’ perspective I’d love to send out Jefferson and bring back Curry in some sort of package. But that likely won’t happen.

BoomshakalakaParticipantI think that Utah get a proven scorer and rebounder (who need a change of scenary) and GS get big men the more the merrier when it comes to big men in this league.
the only questions for GS are can Thompson be effective right away
I also think that Utah loses two very good players in Jefferson and Milsap

GottaBeTheShoesParticipantBurks would need to be traded to someone too. He doesn’t deserve to be a backup his whole career behind monta ellis. And in some ways Alec Burks has a brighter future than Ellis and he can play defense.

B-ball fanParticipantThey need to improve their defense and adding Big Al as Center does the opposite. They need to add a defensive oriented center to complement David Lee down low.
