GottaBeTheShoesParticipantWho was the biggest reach? Iman Shumpert at 17.. He wasn’t even a projected first rounder and he is no different than Landry Fields.
Whos going to be the biggest steal? Jordan Hamilton. He got picked at 26 and eventually was traded to the Nuggets. He has a high ceiling and I don’t understand why he fell.
Whos going to have an immediate impact from the 2nd round? Darius Morris seems like a great pick for the Lakers. A true PG that can make the right passes to Kobe and Pau/Bynum inside.
Lottery pick bust? Jimmer Fredette/Klay Thompson. I would bet that one of these guys will be a bust in the NBA. Not very athletic. Neither plays very good defense. Both really just can make 3’s.
Which brother will be better, Kieff or Marcus? I think Markieff starts off with a better team where he gets more PT.
First to make an all-star game? Kyrie Irving
Most likely to win 3-point contest? Andrew Goudelock
Most likely to win dunk contest? Jan Vesely
Rookie of the Year? Kyrie Irving or Alec Burks (if he starts)

xavier328ParticipantWho was the biggest reach? Alot will say Thompson at 4…hes was pick 2-3 picks higher…so i say Cory Joseph.
Whos going to be the biggest steal? Alec Burks ,Charles Jenkins, and Norris Cole Couldnt pick 1.
Whos going to have an immediate impact from the 2nd round? Kyle Singler….by default or Shelvin Mack Backing up Wall
Lottery pick bust? Marcus Morris..will be Ryan Gomes in the NBA.
Which brother will be better, Kieff or Marcus? Keiff…he will be a solid role player.
First to make an all-star game? Williams and Burks
Most likely to win 3-point contest? Jimmer
Most likely to win dunk contest? Vesly / Travis Leslie

Scottoant93ParticipantWho was the biggest reach? inman shumpert(felt they could have traded down and still got him) and Cory Joesph(spurs most really like him)
Whos going to be the biggest steal? Jordan Hamilton(great pickup by denver), Jermey Tyler(bobcats screwup a could have been good draft night), Darius Morris(lakers get a pure pg fall right to them), marshon brooks
Whos going to have an immediate impact from the 2nd round? same as mentioned above, I feel those 3 can get into the rotation pretty quick with their respective teams
Lottery pick bust?Honestly I think every player went into a great situation where they can succeed and contribute right away, but if I had to pick one it would be Biyombo just because of his lack of offensive game then again he plays for the bobcats
Which brother will be better, Kieff or Marcus? Kief, nash passing him the ball should give him more opportunites then in bro in houston
First to make an all-star game? Kanter, because of lack of big man in the league he should have the easist time getting into an allstar
Most likely to win 3-point contest? Klay thompson or Jimmer Ferdette
Most likely to win dunk contest? Travis Leslie idk
Rookie of the Year? Kyrie Irving, The cavs are a couple years from making the playoffs, so I see him having to carry a lot of the scoring load, He should win ROY

Prince of BballParticipantThe Biggest Reach is Thompson at 4 (he is a hard working but I wonder about his skill set going forward)
The Biggest Steals I think are Leonard to the Spurs at 15 with the trade (No team drafts better so you got to feel the Spurs know something about him that he are all going to find out!) Plus Honeycutt to the Kings at 35 (he has a lot more talent than people give him credit for)
Top 2nd rounded with impact would be Richmond to the Cavs (this is a great fit for both sides)
Lottery Bust: Biyombo (I’m just think is overrated…and we all know Jordan’s luck in drafts)
Better Brother: Markieff (he knows his true position plus playing with Nash will only help)
1st to Make an all-star: I got Williams (but I wonder if it will be with the t-wolves)
3-Pointer: I think most would say Jimmer, but I say Jon Dieber out of THE Ohio St.
Dunk Contest: Vesley looks like a nice game dunker but for the contest I say Travis Leslie out of Georgia
ROY? Jordan’s draft slump ends and Kemba Walker wins it over Irving!

mds0549ParticipantWho was the biggest reach? Biyombo because no one is really sure how old he is, I couldn’t have taken him in the lottery, K Leonard seems like a much better value pick for similar game
Whos going to be the biggest steal? Hamilton at 26, Karl will love him
Whos going to have an immediate impact from the 2nd round? Malcolm Lee – MN needs backcourt help and he can step in right away
Lottery pick bust? Biyombo has bust written all over him
Which brother will be better, Kieff or Marcus? They are twins so how can you tell
First to make an all-star game? D Williams because SF isn’t as strong in the Western Conference
Most likely to win 3-point contest? jimmer all day
Most likely to win dunk contest? Selby unless he’s in the D League
Rookie of the Year? D Williams

mikeyvthedonParticipantWho was the biggest reach?
Bismack Biyombo at 7 is too easy. I also am not a huge fan of Iman Shumpert at 17 (and my Canadianess forbids me to say anything about Cory Joseph at 29, to me the most surprising pick in the draft not made by the Lakers), but I think Biyombo to Charlotte has disaster written all over it. Really glad they at least got Kemba Walker at 9 to score some points.
Who’s going to be the biggest steal?
Personally, I loved the last pick of Isaiah Thomas. I think that kid will play far past his draft position, and I would have drafted him much higher. I think he is a major competitor, and I could see him being around for a long time. Great pick by Sacramento, honestly.
Whos going to have an immediate impact from the 2nd round?
I have a feeling that the Warriors will indeed trade Monta Ellis, and that Charles Jenkins will get some PT for the W’s. I could see them playing small ball at times, and having Curry, Jenkins and Klay Thompson playing together. Awful defense, but they should score in bunches. Think Mark Jackson will really like Jenkins, though.
Lottery pick bust?
I will stick with Biyombo. I just do not see him turning into that much of a player. He is not Ben Wallace, he will get into foul trouble and he has no concept of offense. Plus, honestly, I do not know if the pace of the NBA is made for him. Say whatever you want about his length and athleticism, the guy is not a great basketball player.
Which brother will be better, Kieff or Marcus?
Marcus, I think he is just flat out better. I know they say Kieff is the more athletic twin, and maybe the tougher defender and rebounder, but how is that working out for Robin Lopez:? You take the better player, which at least Houston did.
First to make an all-star game?
I still like Kyrie Irving here. I think it could be a while, but as stacked as the East may be with PG’s in the recent years, making it at F in the West will be no picnic for Derrick Williams. I think Irving has that ability to be a real team leader, and I see a couple All-Star games in his future.
Most likely to win 3-point contest?
Would say Andrew Goudelock, who’s stroke is a thing of beauty, but I do not know if he will be around in the NBA or get enough shots to make it. I will go with Jimmer, he should be taking a lot of trey’s and get a chance. He is a jump shooter, so his legs will be tired, but I could see him competing pretty well in this contest.
Most likely to win dunk contest?
NOT Jan Vesely. Did not buy what Fran Fraschilla was saying there. Have to go with Travis Leslie. He is the best dunker in this draft class bar none. He may not have the highest "Max Vert", but I bet that he could easily take Shumpert and Selby in a dunk contest.
Rookie of the Year?
Again, it might not be the most original pick, but I like Kyrie Irving for that as well. I have a feeling that they will clear out Baron Davis, Ramon Sessions or whoever else and hand the reigns to Kyrie. The team will have improved, and he will do what was necessary to get ROY. Brandon Knight might be a sleeper, but a lot of rooks look to be fighting for PT. Other sleepers of course are Kemba Walkr, who will probably have a green light to shoot until his hearts content, and Jimmer, who will probably get quite a few minutes as well. Guessing one of the guards takes it home, but I think Kyrie should be the favorite.

Biggest bust-Congo guy
First to make Allstar team- hmmm not sure. Not Kyrie since he prob wont be better than Rose,Rondo,Wall,Jennings. Williams isn’t a SF so i don’t see him getting the numbers( and he’s not better than Beasley. Id say Kanter

Colaa_2ParticipantWho was the biggest reach? Cory Joseph – Understand the need for a backup PG after the Hill trade, but there were better people
Whos going to be the biggest steal? Donatas Motiejunas – Yes, really. He has the skills, but lacks the motor, McHale will whip him into shape. McHale traded for him, McHale wanted him, McHale got him.
Whos going to have an immediate impact from the 2nd round? Kyle Singler – I guess lol, he is probably the most NBA ready 2nd round pick. And if Prince doesn’t resign, he could see some playing time.
Lottery pick bust? Bismack Biyombo – I guess if I had to pick one, it would be him. He has a lot of question marks around him.
Which brother will be better, Kieff or Marcus? Markieff – Only because, as of right now, he knows what he is. Marcus has the higher upside but is a tweener, doesn’t have a set position. Markieff does.
First to make an all-star game? Kyrie Irving – Will get the playing time and is seen as the "LeBron replacement", so people will vote him in, deserving or not.
Most likely to win 3-point contest? Jimmer or Andrew Goudelock – The two best shooters in the draft.
Most likely to win dunk contest? Jan Vesely – He has hops!
Rookie of the Year? Kyrie Irving – Pretty much just based off playing time. A lot of the top picks are in logjams, and its really tough to pick one. Williams is stuck behind Beasley and Love, Walker behind or will share minutes with DJ, Kanter behind Al Jeff, share minutes with Millsap and Favors, Knight will share minutes with Rip and Stuckey, but one or both could be gone. Irving may share minutes to start with Davis and Sessions but it will eventually be his job. Burks could be another one to watch.

providencefriars1ParticipantTrying to throw new names in the conversation
Biggest reach: Nolan Smith, I think they could have got him 5-8 spots later
Biggest steal: Josh Selby, say what you want about him but the Griz got mid first rd talent at 49, you have to admit. Darius Morris was huge too.
Lottery Pick bust: Valanciunas
Marcus>Markieff slightly
1st All Star: Derrick Williams
3pt contest: I’ll go with Jon Diebler, Freddette and Goudelock not far behind
Dunk contest: Jan Vesely, kid can flat out fly
Rookie of the year: I think Marshon Brooks has a chance since he is in one of the most favorable positions of any of the draftees since he could start right away

Biggest Steal: There are so many: Alec Burks, Josh Selby, Donatas Motiejunas, Kawhi Leonard, Tyler Honeycutt…etc
Lottery Pick Bust: Tristan Thompson (yes he’s a hard worker, but he plays a lot like Paul Millsap. I’m sorry but Paul Millsap would never be a lottery pick. Especially since he is much better coming off the bench)
Marcus is better than Markeiff but only slightly.
