    Boston, LA, Cleveland, Orlando, San Antonio, and whoever you consider good. Alot of teams seem to be pretty set, in boston they have 3 bonified stars and up and comers at the other two positions. San Antonio is legit everywhere, as are the other teams. Orlando is by far the least complete out of these teams but how would you improve through the draft on these teams.

    Dwight howard’s an all star, turkoglu should be, and lewis and nelson are a tear below. They drafted courtney lee in the first round of last years draft and he has show potential, the year prior they got jj redick. i dont think that their long term solution at the off guard positions are settled but i think that they can afford to wait another year to get a dynamic swingman, with lee and redick its not like they have a gaping hole in their team, I would go after Tyler Hansbrough if i were them and in the next draft go after a player like devin ebanks, paul george, tyreke evans or some other 2 or 3. If they got Tyler then defenses wouldnt have a second to rest, Dwight howards a hoss and tyler hansbrough to me would probably be the most annoying person in the world to guard, they would just exhaust other teams down the stretch, you take out the leading rebounder in the league and bring in one of the hardest workers in any sport. They could even start hansbrough and go with a huge line up, Howard 5, Hansbrough 4, Turkoglu or lewis at 2 and 3 theyre interchangeable and Nelson at the point.

    I think the kings can benefit from drafting brandong jennings a pure point guard that can make his teammates better the kings have some young solid pieces already in place such as Jason Thompson and spencer hawes if they can get a veteran player on the wing. The kings will be back in contention for a playoff spot in the west

      Actually jemnings may be not going to the kings because the kings are looking to deal Miller for Hinrich.

      Orlando:

      Best Picks (No Order) – Sam Young, Austin Daye, Ty Lawson, Jerome Jordan, Tyler Hansborough.

      With this late of a pick, expecially in a draft like this, looking for a starter may not work. They need another big banger down in the post or another lead guard that is a playmaker. If Daye falls they may take a look at him but I like TH or Lawson playing for Orlando next season.

      Boston:

      Best Pick (No Order): Russle Hicks, Henk Norel, Jeff Adrian, Luke Nevil, Jerel McNeal.

      No first round pick, but I’d like to see them grab some height because with Perkins unhealthy, they have no height at the center (and Patrick O’Bust doesn’t seem to be the solution.) Jeff Adrian if he falls, just because of the player he is and they need another SF on the roster.

      Cleveland:

      Best Picks (No Order): Jerome Jordan, Sam Young, Ty Lawson, Curtis Jerrells, Dionte Christmas (Wayne Ellington).

      Another offensive bigman may be needed as Wallace and Varajo are not primary post options. Another pure point guard may be nice, considering they have no pure point. Sam Young would be a great two-guard on this team to get to the basket and open up the perimeter like Lebron does, or get another shooter and add to their strength.

    I think the hornets can benefit from getting a player on the wing that can score at the shooting guard spot late in the first round like a dionte christmas or a jodie meeks.

    The Magic can either go with a small forward, big man (a power forward or center), or a point guard in the 2009 NBA. Al those positions are for players that can come off the bench not as a starter. Such players they can think about is AJ Price, Jeremy Pargo, Josh Heyvelt, Sam Young, Terrance Williams, Curtis Jerells, Eric Maynor, and Tyrese Rice.

    but do you think they would take a pg in the first? i like the josh heytvelt mention, so many people are low on him that im afraid to even mention his name even though i think hes a really good player. Is a bruiser down low even an option for them this year? they need a back up post but i can see it at point too

    could really use a big man (not sure how long the tandem of ilgauskas and wallace will last) if I guy like tyler hansbrough is still available they could take a look at him

    Orlando primary needs are PG and big man. Although, If I was Otis Smith I would draft Sam Young to be our SF to come of the bench, because we have no SF in our bench (Pietrus and Lewis can play 3, but they’re in the starting lineup as 2 and 4). Then I would trade Bogans/Cook for a 2nd PG, because Anthony Johnson is a 3rd PG at best. I think that Battie and Gortat are good enough to give some minutes of rest to Dwight and Rashard. In the 2nd round I would draft a big man to fight for a roster spot.

    PG – Nelson, Traded PG, Johnson
    SG – Pietrus, Lee, Redick
    SF – Turkoglu, Young, Someone else (Richardson)
    PF – Lewis, Battie, Someone else (2nd round pick)
    C – Howard, Gortat, Someone else (Foyle)

    Orlando needs a bigman. Since they drafted F.Vasquez and it didn’t work out that kind set them back from a draft standpoint. They needed that pick to work out because I feel they needed another big to groom along with Howard. Even if they are commiting to play small in the frontcourt for the long hall, a big guy that you can count on is just what the doctor ordered for this club and take some pressure off of Howard(Hanborough). True the wing could use some upgrades,but they still have M.Petrieus so they could stand to go big then go for a wing in the second round(Antonio Anderson). San Antonio needs some young athletes,position doesn’t matter. They could use another wing,post man,or combo forward. Cleveland needs a center to bring along as Ilguakas fades into the sunset(Josh Heytvelt).

    Like people have said they need a big man. I’d like to see them get either Tyler Hansborough or DeJuan Blair if they want a power forward or Jerome Jordan or Josh Heytvelt if they want a centre.
