    After seeing the highlights and statistics…. what’s with all the hype??? How can anyone in their right mind think this guy has a chance to be a Chris Paul, Jason Kidd, D-Will, Steve Nash??? Watching this guy being interviewed right now, I feel he could end up being a huge bust. Especially since he’s playing with Kahn in Minny.

    He isn’t playing with Kahn; he’s playing for Kahn.  Check the translated stats.  They’re at 2 spg, 8 pts, 8 assists, and liek 6 boards.  Then go check Jason Kidd’s rookie stats.  You’ll feel better when you’re done.

     Don’t forget Brandon Jennings had like 5 PPG, 2 APG and 20% from deep when playing in europe, stats don’t mean much in euroball. I think Rubio will do fine in the NBA

    the difference between jennings and rubio is about 20 minutes played per game in the euroleague… i gotta agree here… theres no chance he becomes a nash or a jkidd… pulse you also forgot to mention that when kidd was a rookie he was strong as a bull and about 3X as good defensively as rubio will ever be..

    rubio will be a little like calderon, only a worse shooter and a little better defender…

     I think Rubio will be Rookie of the Year.  Burks will push him though.
