mike_r232ParticipantCheck it out and provide comments. Second round isn’t fine tuned yet, but let me know what you think so far. I’ll be updating soon.

ChameleonKidParticipantKyrie Irving falling to #3?

mike_r232ParticipantWell I was going to post with comments, but just haven’t had time. The first few picks are what I would personally do and also are not incorporating any possible trades. Therefore, I am in the boat of drafting Williams @ #1. Then if I was the T-Wolves and Williams was gone, I would select Kanter (who would pair very well with Love). Then that obviously leaves the "scared to workout" Kyrie at number 3. I know everyone isn’t going to agree with this, but honestly no one knows how the top 4 will shake out. What are the comments outside of those tops picks?

ChameleonKidParticipantWell, since you asked, I’m not sure if Valanciunas would be a good fit at #6 seeing as the Wizards already have JaVale McGee at center. Plus, unless you think Monta Ellis will be traded soon, I don’t think Klay Thompson makes sense for Golden State. Thats my take.

mike_r232ParticipantAll good feedback, thanks! The Wizard’s pic is a tough one, but some of the reasoning behind the Jonas pick is that he might stay overseas another year (or years) so this will allow them to keep him overseas and hopefully attain another high pick next year in a stacked draft and then bring him over as well. The GS pick is hard. They have Andris, Lee, and Udoh down low, so it’s tough to pick a big, and they have Ellis and Curry at the guard spots, so that is tough too. But selecting a guard gives them a good backup option since they really don’t have much after those 2 (and Wright when he slides over to the 2 spot).

ChameleonKidParticipantBtw something else I noticed is you have Freddette at #13. Heres the thing: I live in Arizona, and I think theres a very real possibility that Grant Hill and Vince Carter may BOTH be joining a retirement community out here very soon. Considering they already have Nash and Brooks, with big Channing Frye and Marcin Gortat playing pretty well for them last year, I probably would go with a swingman(perhaps Jordan Hamilton or Klay Thompson, who I’ve seen on many other mocks at #13), then again we’ll see what happens. Just my opinion.
