Colaa_2ParticipantVia Twitter:
"Kanter’s agent says Timberwolves are perfect fit for his client, calls talent assembling here ‘electifying’ and team could be the next OKC"
Good agent IMO. He’s trying hard to sell Kanter, even if him saying the TWolves could be the next OKC is crazy.

WizardofOzParticipantIf the T-Wolves draft Kanter, the Beasley/Love/Kanter frontcourt would be in contention of the WORST defensive frontcourt of ALL-TIME!

BKKnicksfanParticipantKanter isn’t a terrible defensive player tho…

PulseGlazerParticipantWe don’t know what Kanter is defensively, at all. And the Knicks have the worst Defensive frontcourt ever. I won’t hear otherwise.

HobbyOGParticipantWould be a safer pick then Derrick Williams..you already have Wesley and beez who’s in that 6-7, 6-8 range..they need a Center, Darko will get them in the top 5 of the lottery again next year. And thier is no centers in next year draft. And no good free agents are going to the timberwloves, lets be honest..

xbadgerhustlerParticipantCorrection, Darko will get the CLIPPERS into the top 5 of the lottery next year, since we traded away next year’s first round pick AND Sam Cassell for MARKO JARIC! Inepititude at its finest.
And I agree, Kanter-Love-Beasley = worst defensive frontcourt ever lol

QCBALLERParticipantthey’r the best fit for a guy like byombo, need a center badly, are willing to wait and there first need is a defensive presence in the post soo … no for Kanter. A darko+flynn+2 for Calderon+5+future first (protected) could be a good deal for both team.

bloodshyParticipantJust because he’s white doesn’t mean he can’t play D. His D actually looks good in the limited film we have on him. Kanter/Love would pretty much soak up all rebounds if they were together. Kanter/Love would provide an impressive 1-2 punch inside offensively. Very few teams have the capacity to shut down 2 scoring bigs.
I think Williams/Irving are better choices for most teams (small margin imo), but if Minn holds onto their pick, I think Kanter is the better pick for them.
