Hey guys, taking a break from exam study to watch an NBA game and thought I’d see how much progress Jerryd Bayless made by season’s end on Leagues Pass. So could a dedicated Toronto fan point out a game when Bayless was in that good stretch which was a good indicator or how far he’s come?

    Cheers.

I’d probably watch April 2nd @ Chicago.  Bayless put up 26/8/4 in 38 minutes.

I ended up watching the game against Orlando on April 3rd with Calderon and Bargnani out; Bayless and DeRozan were both very impressive. I think Jerryd should be given a chance to start full-time next season instead of drafting a Kemba Walker.

They need to make a serious push for Kanter or Williams. Sacraficing Bargnani and the 5th pick for either of these prospects, and cap relief should be the goal for Toronto this offseason. Bayless is still a very nice prospect and deserves a real shot at solidifying his place in the NBA after that great late season performance.

i agree i dont want to draft a point guard unless knight drops which i dont see hapening.. bayless has potential and is some what proving it ( still young born in 1988 – one year older then Jimmer, Derozan ect)

my idea pick is vesly which would make raptors very athletic

If Valanciunas’ contract situation could get sorted out I wouldn’t mind them selecting him if available. They desperately need a legitimate C.

I didn’t get to watch much Toronto this year, but coming out I thought Bayless would be very good.  Glad to see him living up to that.  He’s exactly why I see Kemba falling until at least 8.
