cbeckermanParticipantI was playing around with the trade machine last night on bosh and wade and I found this
http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine
it slightly improves both teams and maybe a pick swap can also be done since houston has two first rounders

Tongue-Out-Like-23Participant1. You didn’t even get the right link.
2. Why is the Miami Heat going to trade away it’s players? They made it to the NBA Finals in their first year together and if they would have closed out games correctly on the defensive and offensive end, they would have swept the Mavs.
Just stop it.

cbeckermanParticipantits wade fo martin and lowry. what do you have that indicates any possible sweep of the mavs an opinion? and yours is better than mine why?
0 - Posted on: Mon, 06/13/2011 - 5:19am #544067
Stojakovicfor3ParticipantHis opinion is better than yours because yours sucks. The heat aren’t going to trade D-Wade

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantDid you watch games 1-4? I guess not. Let me recap.
Miami wins games 1 and 3.
They blew a 15 point lead in the final 6 minutes of game 2. If their defense played better they would have won that game making them go up 3-0.
Game 4: They lost by three points, they had a chance to close out that game as well and not to mention, the best player in the world only scored 8 points and they only lost by THREE.
That is how they win and sweep.
By the way, Miami will never trade Wade. He means TOO MUCH to the franchise, to the team, and to the city. That’s like saying L.A. needs to trade Kobe after their playoff exit. Won’t happen. Especially for an overpaid PG and a SG that all he does is shoot.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantNo, it wouldn’t because LeBron was on the verge of leaving. Wade has 5 years left on his contract. HUGE difference.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 06/13/2011 - 5:31am #544082

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantSo you’re telling me Lowry and Martin are of equal value to DWade?
Then tell me, why couldn’t Houston get Melo, DWill, or Chris Bosh? They’ve been trying year after year and they cannot get enough player to trade for those stars, but Dwyane Wade, who is a much better player, would be easier to trade for?
By the way, I’m a Rockets fan. Martin and Lowry are nowhere NEAR the level of DWade and this trade would be one of the worst to go down in NBA history.
Listen to your display name, silence is golden.

HitsterParticipantNo way Miami trade D-Wade as he is the face of the franchise even with LeBron there oh and he won a title with them in 2006!

Tha_PrinceParticipantTake that ish to a fantasy trade website

JoeWolf1I think I know who’s a Rockets fan
0 - Posted on: Mon, 06/13/2011 - 6:46am #544143

theEDGEParticipantIf the Heat trade Wade the GM better hurry his behind up getting out of Miami, because Heat fans will riot.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 06/13/2011 - 6:58am #544153
The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantAnd when did opinions ever out trump each other, TOL23 I agree Wade is untouchable and the Houston offer was super weak, they’d have to throw the Heat, Lowry/Martin/Budinger/Hill and Thabeet for Wade, Jones and Anthony, maybe even the 14th pick and a future first, too much for a guy that looks very much like damaged goods…Wade is Miami basketball and Bosh may be the one who gets traded, did you see his post game interview???
0 - Posted on: Mon, 06/13/2011 - 7:02am #544158

chevilicousParticipant@TOL i always like your posts, but seriously people need to stop acting like Miami lost this series, and acknowledge the fact that they where beat by the Mavs. Everyone gets it in their mind that the dude that weighs 250 lbs, can jump higher, and run faster than anyone on the floor did something wrong if he loses a series, cause we are told by the media that these guys are the best in the world. Well… guess what, it doesn’t always work that way, ask shaq and kobe when they ran into the spurs, ask shaq kobe payton and malone when they ran into the pistons. Basketball is a game of runs, and the best teams know when they have to turn it on.

larbear260Participantif you think kyle lowry and kevin martin are equal to the value of dwayne wade then you clearly dont know a thing about baskeball
0 - Posted on: Mon, 06/13/2011 - 8:08am #544209

mikeyvthedonParticipantLeBron James
Dwyane Wade
Chris Bosh
I might add Udonis Haslem and Mike Miller, because I feel they are going nowhere, but other than that, everyone is probably expendable. If you trade any of those three after one year, you are making a huge mistake. You may not like them signing together in the first place and feel that was a mistake, but if you do, than you will surely have no problem seeing them keep playing together. Unless of course, you are afraid they will actually win together.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 06/13/2011 - 9:00am #544238

BKKnicksfanParticipantI disagree, I think if Miami feels they need to move, I think Bosh is first to go.

aamir543ParticipantSilenceizgolden, abide by your username, believe in your user name, and please, dont post nonsense like this. please. You are wasting our time and yours, so please. If the rockets were to throw in Courtney Lee, Chase Budinger, Dragic, Patterson, Thabeet, and Terence williams, and the Heat still wont take the trade. How did you get 47 points anyways? This idea is absolutly retarded.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 06/13/2011 - 10:19am #544286

mikeyvthedonParticipantThe fact that I said Chris Bosh is untouchable does not mean that IF Miami does indeed decide to trade one of those three players that he would not be first on the chopping block. What I am saying is, it is not happening for at least another year, if not more than that. Otherwise, why would Miami feel they need to move Bosh? Because they just lost in the Finals and are panicing that they will never be back again? As you would say, explain.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 06/13/2011 - 10:46am #544307

BKKnicksfanParticipantMy bad. I should have said if Miami makes a move, I think Bosh is going. No disagreement.
I think if Miami wanted to increase depth, I think Miami would move Bosh, evetn though I think he had the best final series out of all of them. Haslem and Miller should be back next season, plus throw in that 31st pick, I think Miami will be alright, but it they wanted to do a deal, I think they consider a deal like Bosh to Milwaukee or Houston for a lumpsup of players.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 06/13/2011 - 11:29am #544335
cward23ParticipantMiami doesn’t need to trade any of the three. To think so is just assinine. They just need to add/subtract a couple of role players
