The White MambaParticipant6, Darius Morris is too low and i really dont see portland drafting two power forwards

mds0549ParticipantAs bad as Jordan has done with the Bobcats I can’t see him gambling on the kid from Congo.

lbj_6I give you 7, your draft is nice. The bobcats need a center, byombo could fit.

fj84utu389tu5ParticipantDarius Morris is definitly going first round. Aside from that, looks pretty good.

Allen_Iverson_3ParticipantI give you a strong 6: it’s overall a nice draft but I think you have Thompkins, Morris (definitely) and Jordan Williams too low. Also, unless Jax is switched to SF, I don’t see the Bobcats drafting Marshon Brooks, think about Honeycutt or Tobias Harris.
You also seem to have changed picks 5,6 and 7 very recently as there are mismatches between the teams and the comment.

fj84utu389tu5ParticipantCouldnt help but notice one thing about your mock draft. You had Freddette going #18 to Washington. 1) do you really think he’ll slip that low?, and 2) do you think they really NEED him since they already got John Wall, Jordan Crawford, and(perhaps) restricted FA Nick Young? Hope you dont mind my asking.

fj84utu389tu5ParticipantBtw, I was referring to Allen_Iverson_3 2011’s mock draft.

Allen_Iverson_3ParticipantMan I find this funny that you keep talking about my mock…
As I said before, I didn’t update this mock for a while, it’s pre-Aran’s mock 3.0, and you can kind of understand that pick if you also read the comments before this one.
I initially put Jimmer to the Wizards because I am pretty sure that Nick Young will leave as Crawford seems more in the Wizards’ plans. Therefore, as I think that Jimmer’s shot allows him to play PG/SG, I thought that he could take at least 20 minutes behind Wall and Crawford to bring a very nice 3pt shot which Wall hasn’t yet and which Crawford is working on.
Do you get my point?

drk3351Participantthanks a lot guys i really appreciate it. with more info and your suggestions i came up with some editing for the first round. its not mock 4.0 becuse i didn’t touch the second round.

Allen_Iverson_3ParticipantBut the thing is that most of us commented on the fact that Darius Morris was not going to be in the second round!
I think you just put McCamey to the Blazers and you changed Biyombo for Jordan Hamilton isn’t it?
And I think having Hamilton and Brooks, two SGs (although Hamilton can play a bit of SF) is crazy because Charlotte already has Stephen Jackson at SG! As I said before: " Also, unless Jax is switched to SF, I don’t see the Bobcats drafting Marshon Brooks, think about Honeycutt or Tobias Harris."
Charlotte needs to draft a Center or even a SF/PF like Marcus Morris (kind of the next Boris Diaw, at least for that ability to play SF/PF and for that jumpshot) or Chris Singleton (would replace Gerald Wallace) with their first pick and then depending on what they do they either draft a SF/PF like Tobias Harris or go SG with Brooks and Honeycutt.
