NJHooper95ParticipantI dont think Joseph is a starter in the NBA. I like his poise and he has a solid jumper. I think he will be a great backup up and even a key contributor on somebody squad, but I dont see alot of potential in his game.

Cardinal_FanParticipantI think he is a starter if he continues to develope, he has all the tools. No he doesnt wow you but i think he can be a very solid pro, nothing spectacular but solid.

Chilbert arenasParticipantThere’s a good chance he doesn’t get drafted in what some might call a weak draft so I don’t know how at this point anyone sees him being a starter anytime in the near future. He’s not a great shooter, doesn’t have great speed or quickness and isn’t the big. I’ve watched him since high school and I never thought of him as a starting NBA PG and thought he should have returned to Texas. I guess with Kabongo comming into Texas and a weaker draft class he figured he should leave..?

MgwinterParticipantOr perhaps entering college as a projected 1-and-done lotto pick he decided not to attend class?
Clearly not NBA starting PG material. He was owned by McCamey when they matched up…

JNixonParticipantHe’s a less athletic Avery Bradley to me, with slightly more PG skills. I don’t think he’s that good. He’s not very quick, not a pure shooter, he got schooled by alot of the marquee guards he faced this year, and he’s just generally not that talented. I don’t think he has a single skill that’s NBA caliber. He’s OK at everything, but not particularly good at anything.

fennisdemboParticipantid like to see y’all games.
he is not quite ready now but he is opting to make some money while he developes over the next 2 years. at high school at college he has been at the same level as the elites in this draft so no reason to think with a little time he cant be a solid player for alotta years.
the one attribute he does have is poise, and like so many players, if he gets into the right situation he is as primed as anyone in the late rounds to be a success.
if rondo doesnt go to the celtics and is surrounded by 3, top of their position hall of famers there is a very good chance we don’t know much about him today.
a fine line divides all these late rounders from living overseas to getting burn in the nba. as talent evaluators i question your judgement. joseph has all the tools needed to be a success, and that poise will be what coaches will love.
