laarethekingsParticipantAgain I don’t see the Jazz taking on Biedrins contract… They just got out of the tax and are getting there pay roll under control… I could see them doing a Jefferson for Ellis no throw ins. Thats only if they get there hands on Kanter in the draft.

Chilbert arenasParticipantSo you would want to pair Al Jefferson and David Lee in the front court? Throw the Jazz 12 pick in there and maybe it could be worth it.

nateoak10ParticipantW’s wont take Jefferson when Lee is there. They will want a defensive center or Nene and Monta is probably worth more then Jefferson

SwatLakeCityParticipantI don’t even think the Jazz want Monta Ellis, let alone take on Biedrins’ monstrous contract. Ellis is a 6’3 sombo guard. The Jazz don’t play combo style that much. They use it as a backup to a more traditional lineup but that’s it. They don’t usually play a lot of small ball. They will play some, true, but not for the entire game or entire season like the Warriors do. His character is also a bit of an issue. The Jazz are one team that I know of that character matters to them. They will not draft a player nor trade for a player that has bad character issues. Its bad for the locker room, and bad for the team.
I do see the Jazz trading Jefferson if they are sold on Kanter and decide to draft him with the 3rd pick just not with the Warriors. And the Jazz are most definetly not giving up on their draft pick from the 2010 draft. Hayward really started to come on towards the end of the season. He is most likely to start next year full time at either SG or SF.
