mikeyvthedonParticipantIs monstrously awful for Indiana, and probably would still be fairly poor even if the second pick were to be included. Also not a big fan of the three way trade either. Stephen Jackson would be a nice offensive option for Chicago, and would more than likely be a very good fit for the Bulls, but everyone else gets screwed.
Your mock draft is slightly different than normal, but I can not criticize it too much. Honestly, I do not know what people want to get out of Mock Draft criticism? Is it a way to debate? I guess so, brings up discussion over who is better than who, or why this team would not draft that player. People here get so angry and adamant about a certain team drafting someone, never thinking that they might either do it for purposes of depth or system, and also not thinking that the team may very well trade the pick. Guess that would be explained in the comments section, but still, a lot can happen. I bet in 2009 a lot of people would have freaked out if someone had Darren Collison at 21 to the Hornets, but, it happened. So, all in all, I may differ in thinking from some of your choices, but I feel you probably have just as much of a chance at this point of being right than I or anyone else is, as long as you follow basketball.
Also, one thing I notice is that people seem to pick teams they want to help, and for some reason the midwest is incredibly represented in this area. Yes, the Bulls need an SG, and yes, the Timberwolves should probably start trying to win basketball games, but I do not think some of the ideas people have for them to do this are realistic. Most trades in the end have to atleast have some rationale for both parties, and I see very few that seem too. You will always get some fans who will go along with your idea, but when people look at trades from only the side of one GM, odds are you are not thinking like a GM. You have to put your feet into two pairs of kicks rather than one, otherwise you are just going to keep coming up with trades that all out favor whatever team you are most trying to help. Biased trades are funny and all, but they do not happen that often.

kennethoParticipantWhy Do You Have the piston picking up chris singleton?
Why Do Your Trade machine have Detroit giving away Austin Daye and jason maxiell for dj augistin and cj watson? Bad Trade detroit is looking to aquire big man not give them away for 2 combo guards and a point guard i can understand joe dumars having intrest in dj augustin he’s a pure point but I cant see two forward leaving detroit for 3 guards we have way too many guards on our roster……As far a draft wise I Can see detroit grabing the best player avalible likewise khawi leonard sf from san diego state or bismack
I Was also Hearing something today about john hammonds and joe dumars and the minnesota Gm working on a trade that would send brandon jennings to detroit….

Allen_Iverson_3ParticipantTrade n°1 seems to me that the Bobcats are losing too much no way Jax, the only pure scorer of the Bobcats, should be traded away for that few: I mean Daye, Brewer and Maxiell for Jax, Augustin and Temple is just awful unless you add draft picks (8 vs.19 + Bulls send both of their draft picks). That way, the deal might be considered.
Trade n°2 like mikeyvthedon said, is awful for the Pacers: they lose their star player, a young and promising point guard and a correct defender for Beasley, Webster and Pekovic, whose game does not translate well for the NBA. As the Pacers’ GM, I could consider trading Beasley for Collison, but there’s no way I would trade Granger for any of the picks in this draft.
Concerning your mock:
-The Raptors might consider Knight over Walker and even in doing so, they should rather draft a wing or a center instead because at PG Calderon and Bayless, even not brilliant, are already in place.
-Singleton seems too high to me, he shouldn’t be a lottery pick but you never know it’s ok with you having Vucevic drafted by them later (consider also Keith Benson at 33). In contrast Valanciunas is too low and should be considered by the Pistons if still in the draft at this point because he can play both PF and C because of his technical baggage.
-Charlotte drafting Klay Thompson works if your first trade works, that’s ok.
-To me Marshon Brooks is too high. Any team considering him should first consider a player like Jordan Hamilton.
-With the abundance of Guards and Forwards in Portland, drafting Honeycutt is unlikely. Consider him going to the Bobcats or the Nuggets.
-Dallas has a lot of Guards so it would make more sense to sign a wing player or an interior presence. Consider Thompkins who is too low (should be a first-rounder cos of his talent) or Nogueira in case of a lockout
-I really like the idea of Faried going to Houston but if they already draft a center, drafting Faried doesn’t seem so necessary, they’d better draft a PG like Darius Morris.
-I don’t think players like Scotty Hopson, McCamey or Jenkins will get drafted before Reed, Parsons, Leuer or even Smith. These guys might be too low.
However, I kind of agree with the general trends of your mock

kobyzParticipanti still don’t understand why for Indiana to trade Genger, they had very promise season, there is no need to destroyed what that establish and to throw the main pieces, just improve the team by the large cap space and maybe do limited trade.

SwatLakeCityParticipantI’ve said it many times, I’ll say it again. Utah will go for BPA with the 3rd pick. I guarantee you it will not be Vesely. It will either be Irving, Knight, Kanter or Derrick Williams.

Kinguy11ParticipantIf it was Minnisota trading there second pick Indi to the Pacers your trade wouldn’t work but maybe if it was a little different it might work…

…Now let me explain. It’s a bit like George and Jones for Beasly and the rest of the players for the pick.
It may not be great but I think it might be better then lilkingti’s trade.
