This is why Knicks need to grab him at 17.  He will probably not be lottery because of a lot of red flag but this should be enough for New York to get him.

I dont know shyt about this dude as far as his game(nor does allot of these scouts)…but his shooting looks good…he weighed the heaviest at the combine, but looks to be in great shape…really moved well…plus can jump through the roof…Its obviously just combine stuff, so it doesnt really matter, but as far as a first real look at him I’m impressed…I think NY would be a great fit but not sure Donnie Walsh will pull the trigger.

I like Jeremy Tyler as long as his head is right and interview goes well.  He got great potential and if he works hard, he could be a star.  I still think a lot of teams would avoid him for his history though so he would likely be late 1st / 2nd, but I wouldn’t think twice if I have a late 1st to take him.

I also like Iman Shumpert as a defensive SG/PG that may also guard SF.  He can’t play full time at PG, but can probably play a few minutes there.  I would put him at SG and trying to develop him into a defensive stopper.
