    I made a team for each draft from 2002-2011 based on the highest drafted player at each position making the team in that draft. So which team do you think would be the best?

    2011- Irving/Burks/Vesely/Williams/Kanter
    2010- Wall/Turner/Johnson/Favors/Cousins
    2009- Evans/Harden/DeRozan/Griffin/Thabeet
    2008- Rose/Mayo/Gallinari/Beasley/Love
    2007- Conley/Brewer/Durant/Horford/Oden
    2006- Foye/Roy/Gay/Aldridge/Bargnani
    2005- D.Williams/Webster/M.Williams/Villanueva/Bogut
    2004- Livingston/Gordon/Childress/Okafor/Howard
    2003- Hinrich/Wade/James/Bosh/Darko
    2002- Williams(Wagner)/Jones/Dunleavy/Gooden/Yao

    I think it is easy to pick out the 2004 team as they would be pretty unstoppable with that starting lineup with a very good defense. Kinda tough picking the second best team though. I think I would take the 2007 team with a healthy Oden or maybe the 2009 who has a lot of size but not much shooting..

    What do you all think?

    I like the 2008 team with Rose, all 5 guys are players that can shoot, they’re young and have their best years ahead.

    At least but him and dwill together martell shouldn’t be up there
    I like the 2009 sqaud alot of upside they all want to be the best

    The 2003 team would be the best they are the only team with 3 allstars on it not to mention 2 top 5 players.

    Then I would say the 07 and 08 both have legitmate #1 scoring options in Rose and Durant and have allstar bigman in horford and love.

    don’t get me wrong the 09 team has potiental and plenty athleticism

    08′ Team looks good to me but you should probably put Brooke Lopez on the 08′ team.  Kevin Love isn’t a center

     Great topic…IMO I like 2008…but if the HEAT become a dynasty its obviously 2003…but did you say the 2004 was HANDS DOWN the best???…I totally disagree with that…I woulda neg you, but you did make a great thread, so you get a pass…lol
