Mr. JewboyParticipantToday is Holocaust Day, and there is no TV in Israel.
Does anybody have an internet site where I can watch it?

ProudGrandpaParticipantFor 3 reasons:
1. This topic would be on this website
2. That the ceremonies for National Holocaust Day would be televised anywhere
3. That there even is a National Holocaust Day, let alone such a day in Israel

13kavakbe proud of ? it cant be an education. how weird is it that their is a vietnam war memorial wall? using ones brain instead of ones mouth I have heard can be quite helpful, but to most posters at this site you have the correct formula.

ProudGrandpaParticipantThey are so precious! Nice use of English class, NoMoney.
Veitnam memorial honors young men who died in a war we entered. The Holocaust was a senseless slaughter and it seems odd to me that Israel would have a holiday for these victims.

13kavakhave the motto
never forgive, never forget, never again!
you find it odd that we dont want to forget our past? if you forget the past your doomed to repeat it.

ProudGrandpaParticipantI just think that a holiday is the wrong way to honor them.

13kavakman- ok next question how do you think you can understand other peoples cultures without being in them or studying them? it makes perfect sense to jews and thats why this holiday is celebrated everywhere including america.
