Basically told me everything I already knew about him. What I think he forgot to say is that Burks also is young and has a lot of room to grow. He can improve his jumpshot. He does have good form on his jumpshot just not good mechanics. I do think that Burks will be a successful NBA player nad realize his full potential if he goes to the right team. Utah would be a great team for him not only do they focus on passing and rebounding, which are two things he is very good at, but they also have a great shooting coach in Jeff Hornacek. I think if the Jazz draft him with the 6th pick then he will have no problem developing an outside shot because Jeff Hornacek will help him out immensely. He wants to learn, he wants to get better, and he is a very mature player. These things will help him out immensely, especially with the right coaching. And Jeff Hornacek certainly is someone who can help him improve his jumpshot. (I think we can all attest to that)

This is not to say that the Jazz are the only team for him, the Cavs would also be good for him as would the Bucks, but out of all those teams the Jazz have the earliest draft pick so they have the best chance of getting him. (The Cavs are not going to select Burks with the first pick obviously if they get the first pick. Nor is he going to be a top 5 draft pick so the Wolves are also out of the question. ) I truly think that Burks will be picked anywhere between the 6-10 picks, not any higher and not any lower.

 Paradigmn: Wizkid was just kidding when he said that you will be banned from this site for posting something from draftexpress. He is just giving you a hard time. Its an inside joke on this site. I certainly do not think anything less of you now that you have posted something from draftexpress.

I would like to see those other videos. Especially the one about Jimmer Fredette. I’ll have to keep this in mind and look at it sometime soon. Thanks for the information

He wasnt kidding at all Ward. You also have alot to learn. It is an unwritten rule to post the competitors product on this site, common sense, and modest decency. This is strike two, strike three and…well I dont make the rules but just be glad ths isnt a baseball site.

 Just saying, I’ve done plenty of analysis on Burks this season because i felt he was a player that a lot of people didn’t get the opportunity to watch.  I’ve personally said all of this stuff on nbadraft.net’s board so no need to bring that draftexpress stuff here, lol.

You seriously can get banned for posting stuff from Draftexpress. It’s absolutely not a joke.

I’ve done analysis on Burks before, but I’ve never gone all statistician on it like that guy.

If you made an honest mistake then don’t make it twice (which you did).

If you made a mistake and somebody told you the rules and then somebody else told you it was all a joke and then you did it again before another somebody told you that it actually is a rule then don’t make the mistake again.

I’ve seen several of you post that the Jazz should draft Burke, but if you watch the Jazz closely you’d see they don’t need a 2 (Burke), Hayward and CJMiles are best suited to play the 2 and unless the Jazz don’t pick up CJ’s option they are full at the 2 spot. Both Hayward and CJ can play the 3 but both are undersized and at a disadvantage against the top 3’s like Durrant, James, Melo etc. What the Jazz need is a long, athletic, good shooting 3. AK may not be resigned (his shooting was a problem anyway) , so the Jazz need to be looking at the top 3’s in the draft.  I like TJones and Vesely, both are tall, long, athletic 3’s.

 No Money, I’m gonna say one thing to you and I hope my message gets across. SHUT UP. People can use draftexpress or what ever site they want to get their information. They can use clips from youtube, watch their games and analyze a certain player. There are no rules to how you do it. All paradigmn was doing was helping us analyze Alec Burks as well as other players well. We may or may not know these things already, but that does not mean that paradigmn is stupid or has decreased our knowledge. I look on draftexpress all the time to see what they think on a certain player. And I’m certain many other people do too. Like I’ve always said some people can be so ignorant and prideful that it just really irritates me. Like I said before SHUT UP and Goodbye

People can look at whatever they want to, but they are NOT allowed to post material from Draftexpress on this site. And yes, that is a rule. If you have a problem with it, take it up with the admins.

Aran’s been vacationing since September. He left tli232 in charge and everything is getting out of control. He’s been blasting a Hannah Montana CD in the office for six consecutive months. I don’t even think he likes it, but he’s too ashamed to ask for help in turning it off. Also he tried to start "super-casual Tuesdays", in which everybody comes into the office naked. He’s the only one participating so far. We’ve also been avoiding "Basement Barbeque Fridays", though he invites us every week.

No Money: If that is an actual rule on this site then I want to see the rule book. Because that is just about the stupidest rule this site could possibly have. I know draftexpress is a competitor to this site, but that does not mean we have to treat it like the enemy. Draftexpress can help us gain more knowledge about a player inorder to see where their stock is and see what they need to work on. You can do the same thing on this site. But in no way does this mean that one site is better than the other. Why does everything have to be such a contest? (ie the points, the "rules").

I could care less about these rules and I didn’t make these rules; hell, I don’t even enforce these rules, but they are rules. You would be smart to follow them. It’s more of a "common sense" rule, as the only place it’s written is the MANY times I’ve attempted to warn users about it.

We’re good, theres no need to apologize, I just wanted to make sure I didn’t offend you in any way  with one of my comments. I may be young compared to other posters but I try to treat people with respect, and I admit sometimes my wording or videos aren’t exactly great, but I could assure if we were talking face to face I am more mature then my age and comments suggest
