Vivid5292ParticipantI’m suprised nobody has started a thread about the outcome of this series yet. I was gonna title this as the "Orlando Magic", but I think the Hawks deserve some sort of recognition for playing well rather than Orlando playing poorly. For the most part, the Hawks earned this victory, but I attribute a lot of it to the struggles of the Magic as a team. I knew from game 1 that this would happen. When Dwight scores 46pts and grabs 19rbs and you still lose, that’s a problem. Unless there are some major changes in the personel, Dwight will be leaving next year. He’s not stupid. It’s also not about loyalty. It’s about doing what’s best and playing with this type of team won’t help.
Congratulations to the Hawks for playing well(for the most part) and making it to the second round. They should play competitively, but I expect the Bulls to win that series but of the Hawks’ inconsistency.
Any thoughts on this series and/or the next?

BKKnicksfanParticipantI’m going with the upset. Hawks over Bulls in 6.

Charlie SheenParticipantHawks over Bulls why
Horford knows Noah better than anybody
Hinrich knows Rose better than anybody
Johnson/Crawford will eat Bogans, Deng and Brewer alive
Smith is too skilled for Boozer
The thing is Chicago is the true definition of a team but those 4 match ups could hurt Chicago

DanEboyParticipantBulls in 6
Bulls beat them by 33 and 18 their last 2 games. This is a good match up for the Bulls.

omphalosParticipantI still think it’s hilarious that Nelson ran his mouth off like that and then got beaten. The only way he’s seeing Rose in the second round is if he buys a ticket.

Deng has become one of the best perimeter defenders in the league and Brewer and Bogans can hold their own defensively as well. However, I do agree with the Boozer matchup and the Horford matchup.

He scored 30pts and had 10asts in 28 mins while shooting 55%. I doubt Hinrich knows anything about that but it being any asswhoppin’

sheltwon3ParticipantChi town should handle them in 6. The Orlando Magics are not a good team anymore. ATL did not do anything great in beating them and they will lose to Chicago. Bulls will probably give them 2 games because they tend to allow inferior teams many chances.

Michael.S.ParticipantBulls in 6-7 simply because I can’t see this immature, inconsistent team to go out and beat the 100% effort, and excellent coaching of the Bulls, plus the best player in the series for 4 games. Plus, im rooting for a Miami-Chicago ECF.

BostonKingzParticipantI say Chicago in 6 as well. But I must say I cannot see the Miami Heat beating Boston, Boston is just too big, and play better overall defense and really step up their game in the process. We havent seen this Heat team play a true oponent in the playoffs, this will be a good test for the Heat. But with all that said I still say Boston in 6 over Miami.
