Melo’s scoring was better than Lebrons but Skip tried to knock on Lebron rather than just express how good Melo did with lesser talent and also their team was toghether as long. I will agree that Boston right now is ailing but Boston right now is still better than that Detroit team that Cleveland beat.

I don’t like the arguement he tried to put up about LeBron’s game winner being a layup. A game winner is a game winner IMO whether it’s a layup, free throw, or 3 pointer.
He didn’t say anything bad about Rose game winner.

To be fair Rose has closed out many more games then Lebron this year, in many different ways. Although I agree he is just hating on Lebron and a game winner is just a game winner, no matter how you score. Is anyone going to jump on Howards case if he gets a game winning layup?

skip bayless is a complete retard… the other day when thy were talkin about lebron the pistons came up… skip kept saying sheed didnt defend while he was on the pistons… last time i checked, orlando hardly EVER beat detroit while sheed was on their team because sheed shut down dwight EVERY time… skip bayless needs to get his throat cut…

i truly cant believe that they would even think about arguing whos was better. Lebrons game was one of the best performances in playoff history. he took that team on his back and scored 25 straight points and played one on 5 against the pistons who had ben wallace( one of the best shotblockers of the past decade), rasheed wallace ( an extremely good post defender) and tayshaun prince is a good perimeter defender. And if you have a layup to win the game you always take a layup over a jump shot i dont care who it is. Also, that is the first time I have ever heard anyone refer to Larry Hughes as a good player. Bayless is retarded and that carmelos performance last night is nothing compared to what lebron did.

^^^ well said… except larry hughes wasnt half bad when he was on the cavs… decent defender and good shooter.. he averaged something like 16pts, 5 reb, 4ast, 1.5 stl and 1 (3ptm) per game… which isnt bad at all when lebron is the main ballhandler… and he was lots better when he was on the wizards the year before..

This guy has made a career off of being a hater. He gets attention b/c some people find it amusing, but its laughable. He has a bigger ego than most of the athletes his talks about and to me, he comes off as a total douchebag. Im not an LBJ fan, but if he would clean Skip’s clock, I would def. be a supporter.
