What ever happened to Leon Freeman? Bounced around from Prep school to juco. He vanished from the media for awhile now. Any chances of him appearing somewhere?

"He went to a couple of Juco’s but usually only stayed a semester. He is back in his home area playing pick-up games with a who’s who of former high school "stars".

He has had some brushes with the law and the street (shot on two different occasions, non-life threatening). You will see him at his little brother’s games at Belleville from time to time. His little brother has the same build and crazy athleticism but doesn’t seem to have the same passion for playing.

Kids have to watch who their entourage is."

I found this piece of info on him on the internet.

Im from Michigan I know about dude……

Messed up how he’s not playing in the NBA……Was the number one wing guy in the state in 2006 and #3 recruit overall, rated over Jordan Crawford(Washington Wizards), Manny Harris(Cleveland Cavailers), Kalin Lucas and Durrell Summers(Who may be in the NBA next year)and Dar Tucker(Who is in the D League) and Deshawn Sims who just won DLeague Rookie Of The Year  and even when he was in the 11th grade he was RATED higher than Wilson Chandler(Denver Nuggets)

I remember at an AAU game he gave Ramar Smith(Kicked out of Tennessee U…and facing big jail time now) the best player in the 2006 class 41 points and Ramar had 40 but the dude was unbelievable had a 40+ inch vertical and could shoot the 3

But he suffered from ADD and had a learning disability which kind of mad these hard for him.

Shame that he and Ramar never made it anywhere…. But its no excuse that they couldn’t get through adversity

Because Jordan Crawford had more problems than both of them in highschool and still made it.

I thought he would have caught on somewhere. Such a shame he didnt play college ball or even give pro ball a chance.

I talked to him last week when i first seen these comments on here about him. and yes he is out, okay everybody has done wrong in they life but people can change right ? what kobe do rap that girl or something ? he still playing right ? he changed right? okay then everybody can change they ways of doing alot of stuff. yes if leon was busy with basketball i know for a fact alot of these things would not happen its just that people should give him a chance to show them what he has. cause i know everybody would love to see the talent he has. he is a great guy im sure of it and i know he would do anything for people to give him another chance to play.
