( Off Topic) College and Sportswriting

I promise this is in no way a funny question but are you black?

Not at all I was asking because I think we (black people) need more writers, media people etc. So yea writing would be my suggestion.

so you are just graduating highschool? Dude, I had no idea in the world what I was doing at that point in my life let alone trying to tell someone on the internet what they should do. Just have fun and try some different things and no matter what you do, be the best student/employee you can becasue even if its not the direction for you the practice of getting the most out of yourself will only benefit you long term.

 Don’t put all your eggs into one basket try as many things as you can til something works out for you. You can major in music and still be a writer lots of writers have done different things before writing.

 Really it depends on you. Which path do you like the most? What are you better at. When it comes to choosing a career path, there are 3 questions you need to ask yourself:

1. Do you enjoy it?
2. Can it support your future family.
3. Is it challenging enough that you can truly reach your potential.  (We only reach our true potential by rising above all the pitfalls we have in life, and some of the pitfalls are simply us challenging ourselves.)

I was in the same boat. (I think all of us are once we graduate from High School) I at first chose Accounting, but I after I found that I had no business crunching numbers; I had no idea where to go. Until I found out what I really love. Computers. (but don’t worry I’m no Bill Gates)
