With alot of these guys coming back, I didn’t include Harrison Barnes, does anyone know if he’s coming back offically? Also, please leave feedback!!

Memphis MadnessParticipantI also have Bismack going to the Knicks.

Mr. ChicagoParticipantIf Burks drops to #14, I pray the Bulls can make a move and steal him.

LakerQi read that he announced it but i have yet to see it anywhere else

LakerQYou included Tristan as well even though he said earlier he’s coming back and there’s no legit indications that he’s leaving

goneParticipantI need an explanation on a couple things…
1. Why Montie to the kings?
2. Why Tristan to Cavs isnt Hickson the same type of player?
3. If Burks last that long wouldnt the suns who need a sg bad pick him?
and finally….
4. Didnt you trash Skeen for only having TWO good games but you have him early second…I just find that funny0 - Posted on: Tue, 04/12/2011 - 11:22am #520564

BKKnicksfanParticipant1. Why Montie to the kings?
– Other then point guard, weakness at the 4. They could use a power forward and if Irving off the board, I’d go Montie because he can be the guy who benefit from Cousin double teams next year
2. Why Tristan to Cavs isnt Hickson the same type of player?
– At Laker Q, if he’s not coming out, I’ll move him. Again, I don’t know.
Thompson and Hickson aren’t the same player to me. I think Hickson is more finesse, while Thompson is more banger personally
3. If Burks last that long wouldnt the suns who need a sg bad pick him?
– Depends on the Nash situation, I see them going PG, PF or SG. Remember, they have 3 nice trade pieces in Aaron Brooks, Steve Nash and Robin Lopez.
4. Didnt you trash Skeen for only having TWO good games but you have him early second…I just find that funny
– LOL, I only put him there because the draft got weaker and the Heat always pick players we don’t expect in the 2nd round, like Pittman last year.

knicksfan7ParticipantTo have CAA players in your mock draft not named Charles Jenkins is criminal. Charles is better than both Skeen and Long. Yes I know Charles didn’t go to the tournament, but the tournament is a team not individual effort. Also, Charles is in the top 5 in the country among efficient scorers.

BKKnicksfanParticipantMy bad buddy, I even went and grab most of the seniors. Next update, I can assure you Jenkins will be in the second round.

LakerQSo Thompson is there big man off the bench?..You think they would use a pick that high for someone to come off the bench?..I’m not saying you’re wrong but i think With the Cavs roster they will take the best player available
When i look at the names in this Draft i start to realize this draft isnt as weak as i once thought. This looks very similar to last years draft minus a Blake Griffin if we are looking at what the players did in college

Yea, but then I argue, how many rookies play 82 games? I think Cleveland will look to grab more picks in the future years and try to pray to get a superstar. But looking at your point, I could swap Jones and Thompson at 8-9

knicksfan7ParticipantPersonally I would put Kawhi Leonard where Terrence Jones is at #9 to the Bucks. I say this b/c I think Leonard fits Skiles’ system much more than does Jones. Leonard is more of a defensive minded player something that Skiles looks for. Also, Skiles is not afraid to reach on guys with great defensive potential like he did with Larry Sanders last season.

BKKnicksfanParticipantI can understand that, but I don’t know about Leonard because he might be TOO similar to Moute. Jones might not fit Skiles system, but there’s a couple things.
A) He might not be getting coached by Skiles next season
B) His talent might be pushed by Skiles talent to ride his players.

knicksfan7ParticipantPersonally I don’t think Terrence Jones has the mental tougheness to play for Skiles. Too many times he would sulk and get easily angered on the court this past season at Kentucky where playing for Skiles would be that all over again. I am not too high on Terrence Jones personally.

SwatLakeCityParticipantI have a hard time seeing Montie in the top 5. If Kyrie is gone, I think the Kings would settle for Kemba. They are desperate for a PG. Burks needs to be higher. I think the Jazz will take him at 6. And I don’t think Tristan Thompson has declared, I think this site has it wrong. But even if he has declared I don’t see him going in the lottery but definitely in the teens.

I disagree. If your the Kings and you cannot get Kyrie Irving, get another position who can step in right away. Motie could be a good shooting power forward opposite Cousins in the frontcourt.

butidonthavemoneyIt’s not Montie, it’s Motie.
I agree with BK, he makes a lot of sense in the frontcourt with Cousins.

RickyRubio9ParticipantI have never seen Tristan Thompson so high… If the Cavs pick him that early, they need a new GM.
I rather have Jonas, Jimmer, Jones, or even Kawhi before him. No offense..
I just don’t see him as nothing more than an average starter, good bench player.0 - Posted on: Tue, 04/12/2011 - 12:15pm #520599

RickyRubio9ParticipantP.S. Your recent mock has changed quite a bit since the last one I saw..
