HadzialijagicParticipantAm i the only one who thinks he would make a real good point guard? I mean he is a great ball handler and he can use his size to attack the points a la Tyreke Evans. what do you guys think?

SwatLakeCityParticipantWhen he entered college he was a 6’4 PG then grew another two inches so this is no surprise. I think he is this year’s Brandon Roy but not so good of a shooting ability. He would be great pick for Utah with the 12th pick.

HadzialijagicParticipanthe would be a great pick for utah at #6. He is a lock for top 8 with all these players staying another year

The lake show2I’m not sure because he has’t really shown the ability to creat for others. Alot of guys play Point guard in H.S ven if they aren’t really a P because they are the teams best ball handler or they happen to be the teams best scorer

CodySLCParticipantI dont see him playing pg, but who knows. Im hoping Utah snags this guy up also.

PaulsJayhawksParticipantHe dominated the ball while at Colorado so it depends what you are looking for pass first or score first PG, personally I think he is a 2 and thats where he should remain. He is valuable though where he could spell out the 1 or 3 for a bit if needed.

ProudGrandpaParticipantHe’s like a shorter, darker Dirk Nowitzki. Or maybe a Kobe Bryant.

butidonthavemoneyExactly, ProudGrandpa. Thank you.

ilike.panochasParticipantI don’t see him ever being an NBA PG at any point in his career. Elliot Williams came in the league with similar skill set and I never saw him ever being a PG, even tho he played a bit of PG while at Memphis.

RUDEBOY_ParticipantI Still say he’s OVERRATED!!!

Cardinal_FanParticipantElliot Williams hasnt played becuase he got hurt. I think Burks could play spot minutes at PG at some points but i dont see him ever being a full time PG. There is always a fascination with big PG’s such as Tyreke who is a 2, and then u completely ruin some guys careers tryna make them PG’s when they’re not (see Reece Gaines). He’s a 2 with great ball handling ability and that is wut makes him an appealing prospect imo, also the fact that he jump shot is still progressing and he wus still able to produce good numbers so he has more room for his game to grow.

RUDEBOY_ParticipantI Would take Jeremy Lamb and Honeycutt over Burks

ilike.panochasParticipantI don’t know how you can say you would draft Jeremy Lamb over Burks, Burks is miles ahead as far as being NBA ready and essentially the same age. I understand Lamb posses huge potential but Burks has every bit as much potential, Burks is quicker, faster, more athletic, better ball handling and better shot creator, the only edge Lamb has over Burks is longer wingspan and more consistent 3 point shot.

The lake show2Because he is a class behind. Many people on here would take a younger player even if they arent as good( not sure why but mny jump onto the hype bandwagon after a couple of good tournament games)
