creepingdefParticipantTotally opened my eyes to the whole situation. I’m totally fine with OKC having a basketball team, but at the expense of Seattle who had 41 years of history with the Sonics and a Championship, is something that I can never forget.

aarondsonixfanParticipantBeing a Seattle native, the whole situation sucked more than anything. To see OUR TEAM doing so well in OKC just makes me sick, but i will always root for them because, in my mind, they are the located Sonics. One of these days, the Sonics will be back. Will it be soon, idk, but Steve Ballmer has a plan, and all Seattle fans are extremely hopeful that things work out

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantSeattle didn’t just lose a nba team; they lost a team with a bright future aka Durant/Westbrook.
