Yeah Denver shot there selfs in the foot by not taking the Nets deal. Getting a allstar talent in Harris plus 2 first round picks plus Favors. Denver got greedy and it back fired now they might have to just settle. But then again there are talks that Houston and Dallas are willing to rent Melo for a year. Mark Cuban even confirmed that Dallas is willing to do it so its not a done deal just yet for Melo to be a Knick this season

U can never have too many good players at sf/pf and Center…they can draft Kyrie Irving as their franchise point guard, trade Rubio for another top 5 pick and get Harrison Barnes to replace Corey Brewer,…With Max Cap space they can go hard after restricted free agents Like Marc Gasol and OJ Mayo…all they trade for Max Space and Anthony Randolph is Corey Brewer and Utah or Charlotte’s 1st round pick, sure they help New York and that sucks, but Kaun is not as stupid as we all think he is…I like the move to be honest, not Denver of course but for the Knicks and Timberwolves its very interesting, Randolph and Curry at the very least give them another prospect and max map space…let’s see if it happens…

I was on a Dallas Mavs board recently, and one of the possible trades discussed for Melo was something like Caron’s expiring, Roddy B, Dominique Jones, Stevenson’s expiring, and Cardinal’s expiring along with 1st rounders and cash for Melo and Chris Anderson (since he has 4 years @ around 4.5 mil left on his deal.

Each deal gets limited returns for the Nuggets, but do you guys think the Mavs deal would be better? About $16 mil in expirings, plus two players that have pretty high ceilings-although DoJo has yet to show much at the NBA level.

getting chandler and brewer is far better than getting nothing by just letting him walk now kahn is a  complete twit anyone with a brain knows that so him trading a first round pick for randolph and currys expiring wouldnt be that suprising the cap relief from currys expiring doesnt matter cause no one wants to play for the wolves

Melo wouldnt have stayed syays who?..We obviously know you cant go by the rumors and so called sources because the sources said he wouldn’t even meet with them and Melo said that he never said that and that he would meet with them.

They say no thanks ill take the MLE or veteran minimum to play in NY, LA or Chicago…the Timberwolves are in perfect position to overpay the guy you can’t resign…they could roll out two 6 year/ 60 million dollar deals to OJ Mayo and Marc Gasol…the Grizzlies can’t afford to match those offers… at the very last they can sign JR Smith and Nene for about half of that cost…
