OhCanada-ParticipantBrands got 21 points 5 boards in 15 minutes of the first half 2 minutes left in the 2nd. He really has improved this year, and is surprisingly getting stronger as the season goes on. I think 76ers could possily be an above 500 team when the seasons done, and a team elite Eastern conference teams dont wanna play in the first round.

BigDParticipantQuite the possibility. Doug Collins has really improved the team as the season rolls on, they’ll make the playoffs i think. But what happens in the offseason with Iggy? and Brand for that matter? Do they keep them?

marcusfizer21ParticipantThey are a dark horse playoff team stuck in the middle nowhere near a championship-caliber type but not bad enough to warrant some top draft picks… The issue with Iggy has to be resolved ASAP… They have to decide to keep him or trade him for young players or draft picks… But the thing that makes Iggy likeable is how versatile he is… Defense, rebounding, steals and if he can take that last shot, he will… Elton Brand’s contract looks untradeable as of now… But he is indeed playing well as of late…

Mr. 19134ParticipantRod Thorn has said that the Sixers are not trading Iggy. That doesn’t mean if somebody knocks their socks with an offer they can’t get him but they are not going to just give him away because he has finally grown into the role Collins thought he could, and is the leader of this team along with Brand.
I told people before the season Brand is going to have a comeback season because he is finally healthy, this was the first offseason in 3 years he didn’t have to rehab, he just rested, and came into camp 20 pounds lighter. He outplayed Amare tonight in both of these teams most important game of the year. Sunday is going to be a good one.
Lou Williams needs to go, I like him but there is not enough room for him, Meeks, and Turner. The Sixers have to open up more space for Turner to play. His rookie game snub was a joke when he is top 7 in every rookie category, and is hands down the BEST ROOKIE DEFENDER right now.
