    I’m not quite sure how the Lakers improve themselves in this trade.  They lose a young center in Bynum that is better than Marc Gasol and they lose Artest who is pretty much better than Tayshaun Prince.

    Financially it doesn’t make sense for the Grizzlies, they take on 3 bad contracts.

     Bynum is better than Marc, but you can trust that marc be on the court while Bynum will often be hurt where he cant help you at all.  I still think the lakers will be fine and dont really need to make a blockbuster trade.
