I’m using the lottery machine to predict the order http://espn.go.com/nba/lottery2011/mockdraft

    1. Toronto – Kyrie Irving – Calderon as been subject to trade rumors for a while now and they need a potential franchise player with star potential. I see Irving as the only guy who is locked in for stardom in this draft

    2. Minnesota – Jonas Valanciucas – He’s killing it in Europe and with Rubio coming over and Beasley and Wes J and Love the only starting spot they need is a center. Darko is improved but Jonas has such high potential and is mobile enough to compliment Love

    3. Sacramento – Jared Sullinger – BPA by far, him and Cousins together would create a front line with star potential in both of them. They need a PG most but with Sullinger still on the board they need to go with him

    4. Cleveland – Terrence Jones – They have to go with highest potential and they’re worst spot is SF. He can also slide to PF easily if needed. They have to get a guy with a high risk high reward with how bad they are.

    5. Washington -Derrick Williams – They don’t have a SF on that team and need a sidekick for Wall. If he pans out with Wall they will have a deadly combo for the future.

    6. New Jersey – Perry Jones – With them out of the Melo deal and needing a SF and potential I see this as a no brainer

    7. Detroit – Enes kanter – No brainer, other than Monroe they have a garbage front line

    8. Los Angeles Clippers – Jordan Hamilton – They are a hard team to gauge cause they have there starting lineup outside of SF set and yet they aren’t any SF’s really left here. Hamilton can play it but I see him as a 2. I guess reach here and get a good shooter since outside of Gordon they don’t have that

    9. Indiana – Donatas Motiejunas – They have no PF and need to pick high potential guys to get out of  the 30-35 win range, Paul George was a step in the right direction and now they need a big next to Hibbert

    10. Milwaukee – Kemba Walker – A great scorer and Jennings has no backup and they can use more scoring. Redd is done there as well and Salmons is not playing like himself.

    11. Golden State – Jordan Williams – They need size and Biedrins is likely gone soon, a great rebounder and solid defender will help them. Provides a solid back to basket game but needs to improve. No jump shot but that might actually help the W’s consentrate on going inside instead of living and dying on the jumper. Addition by subtraction

    12. Houston – Jan Vesley – Super athletic and a good defender with a jumper. A little out of control but has good potential. Houston needs SF’s

    13. Phoenix – Kawhi Leonard – He will help them on defense a lot, I see him as a poor mans Gerald Wallace without a 3 pointer (can develop it though). Hill is a FA and Childress is not helping them much

    14. Memphis – Tristan Thompson – ZBo is a FA so they need a PF but Tristan is more of a mid range player. Athletic and long and shows good driving ability and a decent jumper , he’s got some good 6th man potential and Memphis needs a bench

I really hope Kemba Walker falls into the Warriors lap on draft night. they are in desperate need of a back up point because Lin or Law IV is not the answer. And they need to cut down ellis’s minutes. Btw i like your mock lotto

I really don’t see Perry Jones falling outside the top 5 at this point. The ceiling is just to high.

Ya that really bothered me when I was making it. Cuase I feel like DWill is playing so well and Terrence Jones and I wrestled with it especially with the Cavs. Ultimately I went with the more ready guy cause Gilbert seems impatient but I can easily see that getting flipped

Too cool – I’d love to get Kemba but we have bigger needs. I’d rather get better upfront and get a backup SF then pick another combo guard. If I could have a big and him I’d do it in a heartbeat

I think that Sullinger and Cousins would not be a good combination.  Both are offensive, scoring big men who want the ball, and don’t block shots or play great defense.  I think that Perry Jones or even Terrence Jones would fit better on the Kings.

I believe you changed the order of some of these players…..I did the lotto thing like 40 times and Jones never fell past 3rd.
