delfamParticipantPretty much trade everybody except Batum: There whole team is either hurt or old, and there young players aren’t really living up to the hype. Aldridge is good but all he does is shot jumpers and isn’t a great defender.
Alot of there players have value so I’d stockpile draft picks and expirings and blow the team up and hope to be competitive in like 2 or 3 years.

SwatLakeCityParticipantTrade Andre Miller and Pryzbilla for a Small Forward and a Point Guard. Keep Roy but draft Alec Burks in the 2011 draft. Trade up if you have to get him. He is a player that I think could be a lot like Roy. Same size both are point forwards. Same nice shooting touch. Maybe not as fast as Roy is but Roy was never fast himself. And best of all he is not injury prone like Roy is. I would do everything I can to get him even trade up. Players I would consider trading to get him if necessary would be Rudy Fernandez, Dante Cunningham and Sean Marks as well as of course some draft picks. I would then sign a backup 4, and a 2.
Then in 2012 draft I would look to draft a point guard in the lottery preferably Austin Rivers or Kyrie Irving. Once again I’d be willing to trade up to get one of these players. I would trade Patrick Mills and maybe the Point Guard that I got via the Pryzbilla and Miller trade that I mentioned earlier. But I would only trade that point guard if Armon Johnson had develop into a suitable backup and could easily replace that point guard. Also in that 2012 draft I would draft a Center. (Either Leonard, Plumlee or Rudy Gobert)
Starting lineup once all mentioned moves I have mentioned: Rivers/Irving, Burks, SF that I get from Miller trade/Batum, Aldridge, Plumlee/Leonard/Gobert. Camby would back up the center, and Roy would probably by then so that is why Burks and Batum/SF I get from Miller trade, is starting instead of Roy. What do you think of that lineup and team?

BKKnicksfanParticipantAlright, here we go.
Marcus Camby to Oklahoma City for James Harden, Nick Collison
Andre Miller/ Rudy Fernandez to Charlotte for Gerald Wallace
Brandon Roy to New Jersey for Troy Murphy and 2 1st round picks
Decline Option on Greg Oden
Now, the Blazers would have a solid cap with players and some cap space in the next 4-5 years. Collison’s contract drops from 13 mil to 2 mil over 5 years ( check that, I believe it’s 2-3 mil) then Murphy is a exp, Wallace at his price is solid and now with 3 1st round picks over years, I feel Portland can continue the rebuild.

SubZeroParticipantI seriously doubt OKC would trade James Harden, a young player who is part of the Thunder’s future, for a 37 year old
