stealsgaloreParticipantMe and my friends were talking about how Lebron and Wade could work better together. I forget what game it was but Lebron had the ball at the top of the circle and was dribbling. He started dribbling at Wade, Wade’s defender immediately turned his attention to Lebron. As soon as that happened Wade cut to the basket, received the pass from James and got an easy bucket.
Immediately me and my friends all said that’s what their offense should do more. Neither one of them can spot up shoot particularly well and early in the season they ball watched too much when the other had the ball.
This ESPN article confirmed what I’d been thinking.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantInteresting article. I remember debating with someone on this site that told me Arroyo sucks. I told him, he doesn’t have to average 8apg, he just needs to bring the ball up, hit open shots, and not turn it over.

JNixonParticipantCarlos Arroyo is terrible. He doesn’t have to do much at all, but he’s terrible. Especially when he has to play a good PG. Rondo has murdered him twice this season, and so has Deron Williams off the top of my head, while also rendering him ineffective offensively. He never much of a factor when he’s on the floor against good teams. The Heat should address their PG situation sooner or later.

Saying Rondo and Deron murdered him doesn’t classify him as terrible.. Rondo and Deron are 2 of the top 5 PG’s in the L.. They murder any PG on a nightly basis.

llperezarroyo is pretty bad, but he is actually playing some of the better basketball in his career and shooting over 50% from 3 last i checked. He is defenitely a weak link but my problem with people pointing fingers at him is that he is the player now that he has always been. SO its interesting that people would say before the season the heat could win 70 games and then now say they cant win it all and use arroyo why.

JNixonParticipantThose are only 2 PG’s I can think of off my head. I’m sure people have seen more games than me and know he gets abused by more than just those 2. Point is, he sucks.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantI’m not going to defend him and say he’s an elite PG, but he’s not horrible. He’s with that team for the sole fact that he can shoot and handle the ball from time to time. That’s exactly what he’s done.

andxxxParticipantIf you can knock down jump shots and not turn the ball over than you can play for the heat
