You also have to do a little bit more than that Wizard of Oz. You also need to press "Insert edit link" at the top of the comment box, and then copy and paste the url into the box that appears. At least thats what I have to do in order for the link to work. There is also a way to get pictures or a video to appear without any links but I have no idea how to do that.
