Snatalini247ParticipantIf anyone understands the talent on the Heat and the abilities of the heat and their players they would realize that their talents could totally mesh. For some reason coming out of high school lebron james talents were likened to that of magic johnson’s. Hes big strong and quick and has a great passing mentality, if they simply put lebron exclusively at point guard he would be able to make plays and distrubute to the insane scoring talent of dwayne wade and bosh. Then the heat could put mike miller as the starter at small forward and find a servicable defensive center theyd be set. idiots.

SwatLakeCityParticipantOr they could do this. PG=Dwade, SG=Mike Miller, SF=Lebron, PF=C. Bosh, C=Big Z, or Eric Dampier
The problem with the lineup you mentioned above is that even Lebron has a great passing ability he has a scorer’s mentality meaning he’s going to look to score on every posession. Dwade, while he does have a scoring mentality, he knows how to win games, and would probably be willing to sacrifice his scoring nature for the good of the team. So I think Dwade would be better at PG than Lebron would for that reason.
But a change of the lineup would not solve the Heat’s problems all together. I think pretty soon, Pat Riley will need to hire a veteran coach or step downstairs and coach the team himself. Erik Spoelstra is not the right coach and I knew it from day 1, right when the big 3 were formed back in July.

apb540ParticipantThey could use a time machine to go back and not sign 2 of the most ball-dominant players in the NBA and a PF/C who provides no defense.

koppa33ParticipantI agree totally. David Lee would be a great fit with Wade and Bosh . No I am not comparing Lee to Lebron, no comparison. But Lee is what they need a big who rebounds and does all the dirty work.
