scoutguruParticipantYeah, no matter what he does this year, he’ll minimum be top 5. He could have a BJ Mullens type year (in regards to not living up to hype as a super frosh), he’ll still be type 5. Because 1. Scouts just love too much of what they’ve seen out of him in his pre-collegiate career to waiver on him now.. 2. How much guys are really projected to be better long term prospects than him though, not much..
Lmao at the partying in PR thing…too funny

butidonthavemoneyBarnes had a bad game. It happens.
"He could have a BJ Mullens type year"
No. Not a chance.
If anything, let’s talk about Rodney Williams’ defensive effort. Very impressive.

scoutguruParticipantYeah, that prolly was a lil extreme on my part (BJ was horrible), just wanted to emphasize the fact that he’ll be fine and no one should be overly concerned.

OrangeJuiceJonesParticipantRodney Williams did have a huge impact on Barnes’ poor performance. I don’t think he’s ever gone up against someone with Williams’ athleticism before. I really like Barnes as a prospect, but he’s not gonna have the same impact that Kevin Durant or Michael Beasley had as freshmen. Then again, that’s not necessarily a bad thing. It just proves how special those seasons were.

hiphopismylifeParticipantThere is no way he ends up in the BJ Mullens league as far as not living up to the hype.
