delfamParticipantso with most teams playing tonight what’s everyone’s thought on the games you saw and all the freshman.
I went to the Seton Hall v. Temple game and Temple was very impressive, really good frontcourt, Seton Hall was garbage, no offense, just a bunch of guys looking for their own shot.

Toronto16ParticipantThe game comes so easy to Harrison Barnes, he is not spectacular in any area, but is solid in all areas. I do not think that he has the #1 pick in the bag, because Perry Jones right now DOES look spectacular.

Henson was an absolute beast defensively and on the boards. You can really tell he got stronger since his freshman season. Kendall Marshall was playing great, but he barely got any minutes. He was yanked so fast after he committed some bad turnovers.0 - Posted on: Fri, 11/12/2010 - 6:05pm #433525

llperez12 minutes in, honeycutt has 7 points a couple boards and assits and looks good but has some carelss turnovers trying to get carless on passes. Lee is now playing off the ball and his jumper looks much improved, hes already hit like 4 jumpers. Smith is carving out space but hasnt really seen the ball yet. The guy who is impressing me is lazeric jones, hes a jc transfer pg from chicago and is doing a real good job running the show. Hes looked as impressive as any bruin so far.
But they are playing cal state northridge, so i cant get too excited are read toomuch into this game.

Im Your FatherParticipantLLPerez, what kind of player do you see Honeycutt being in the league? I haven’t really seen him play much, but I’m intrigued by what I’ve heard.

llperezhes a very unique player. He covers ground quickly on the court and seems to get his hand on loose balls or block shots or grab rebounds from out of nowhere. He is a very unslefish player who throws some crazy passes. His ball handling and jump shooting are still a work in progress but do look better. A common comparison is austin daye although daye is probably a little better shooter while honeycutt is more assertive around the paint.

llperezthers about 14 minutes left in the game, and i dont know his stats for sure, but im guessing he has about 14 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assits.

stanford hoopsPerry jones looks spectacular? You sure you didn’t mean A.jones? Perry jones looked pretty average out there. He was turning the ball over like it was burning his hands(7 turnovers) he missed more then half his shots (sum easy ones) who ever said he’d rival beasly or Blake as far as production must have been smoking. He might rival favors production though
If we wanna talk impressive. Let’s talk Jared sullinger. He was a man child in the paint. Drop step dunks, power moves, and rebounding. Thomas also looked like a man child like I figured but not at the level he played in game one. He reminds me of Glendon Alexander for thoses who remember that beast
Fab melo looked raw and kinda lost out there. And it’s only gonna get harder in the big east
Will Barton didn’t do as well as I thought he would but he played ok same with Jackson
Tobias Harris is still my sleeper for all American and he played very well last night showing his versatility although I expected more from the rebounding department
Unc- strickland and drew were very unimpressive, Marshall played well along with bullock
Kentucky-jones pulled his best Lamar odom impression, lamb played very well same with Brandon knight

McWinningParticipantMissouri looked okay, Bowers so far is easily our best player so far, English struggled, or at least didnt look for his shot, loves Presseys confidence, and stroke from three, hes gonna be so fun to watch this year.
