inukawaii8Participantwhile im watching lakers vs. denver, i realized that if melo is not traded and all of their big men returned, nuggets probably match up with the lakers the best.
PG: Fisher vs. Billup (both are veterans and winners)
SG: Kobe vs. Afflalo (Afflalo most likely will not shut Kobe down, but he is a pretty good defender.)
SF: Artest vs Melo (Like SG, but in reverse this time)
PF: Gasol vs. Martin (Advantaged Gasol but Martin is a pretty decent PF)
C: Bynum vs. Nene (Big body on the inside that can rebound and score)
Bench:
Blake vs. Lawson (Both very decent back up point guard, and both might be starting point guards for some other teams)
Shannon Brown vs. Smith (Both explosive and can shoot the 3s)
Odom vs. Harrington (Odom is like the def of versatile, but Harrington is also a PF that can dribble, drive, and shoot)
Ratliff vs. Anderson (both good shot blockers)
Barnes vs. Forbes (havent seen forbes played much, but he is performing pretty well in this game; they both hassle)
Both of the teams bench are pretty deep: Lakers also use Walton, Ebank, and Caracter from time to time. On the other hand, Denver still has Anthony Carter and Sheldon Williams

IndianaBasketballParticipantOn paper, they match up. It’s a different story once the teams hit the floor though.

stanford hoopsIf you think Denver matchs up the best then the rest of the NBA is in HUGE trouble. We ran through denver with no real back up and no bench. Now we have a bench and a back up sooooooooo

Meditated StatesParticipantThe western conference is weak seriously. They have no competition there. West sucks. Top teams have strong records because the weak teams suck and every decent team pads their records crushing them. It’s decpetive, but that conference is weak.

llpereztop to bottom, the west is unquestionably tougher then the east. Like usual, there will be a winning team or two in the west who misses th eplayoffs and a losing team or two in the east that makes the playoffs. The best way is to look head to head and right now in head to head games the west is up 24-12 on the east.
