 The team was relying much too heavily on Eric Gordon in those overtime periods.  I hope the shoulder injury is not serious.

 He’s playing like he’s the second best player on the floor for the Jazz. Last season 11.6 ppg 6.8 reb. This year so far 19.4 ppg 10.8. 25 and 13 tonight.

Great game. I have been very impressed with Bledsoe in the last 2-3 games. Paul Millsap is putting up great stats as is Blake Griffin. It was a good battle, but in the end the better team won.

 Ya they did, but Gordon played well. Its seemed like every time he went to the rim the got a 3 point play. And how about the dunk over Millsap to tie it up at the end of regulation.

But truth is that’s what he’s always averaged (since 08-09 I guess) when he starts, around 18 and 10 (remember he had the longest double-double streak in the league 2 years ago, during that long stretch when Boozer was out)…he’s just getting a lot more minutes now. He hasn’t really improved as a player, just getting more time to show off.

An amazing game…The Clippers blew that huge lead and looked dead in the water until Gordon took over…He looked gassed at the end and that shoulder was really hurting him

But he stepped up big time  and slowly he’s turning into a superstar

I think Baron being out has done wonders for Gordon’s confidence, he knows he’s their go-to guy in clutch situations now without worrying about BD trying to play that role. Clippers won’t finish above .500 this season, but if they can get rid of BD and develop Aminu and Bledsoe they are looking good.

I’m devastated my internet is capped so I can’t watch League Pass right now, missing some awesome games!

I think Baron being out has done wonders for Gordon’s confidence, he knows he’s their go-to guy in clutch situations now without worrying about BD trying to play that role. After watching Gordon go head to head vs Deron Williams at BOTH ends of the floor, I’m starting to think that Gordon has superstar potential. I think he has potential to be a great closer.

Not only that, I think he can develop into a point guard.

 Ya during this stretch, Gordon has averaged about 5 assists!! Those are superb numbers for a 2 guard. What a game tonight. I’m surprised no one else has talked about it. Its probably the best game of this young season so far.

Gordon defended Williams very well too. There aren’t too many people that can lock Williams up the way Gordon did at the end of regulation. That was phenomenal defense.
