    Theortically speaking lets say Gilbert Arenas puts up 22pts this year playing well off the ball and has no injury problems the Wizards miss the playoffs. And Vince Carter puts up 17pts Orlando goes deep in the playoffs beating up on easy teams only to get bump again because they have nobody to created off the dribble and Vince carter chokes. Would anybody think Otis Smith (who does wild stuff) pull a gilbert for vince and maybe someone else or a pick or whatever trade. Would this put the Magic over the top? I know alot of people wouldnt trade inside there division but the Wizards managment is so desperate to get rid of Gilbert and Vince carter has the big expiring contract…….

    I seen that trade 1000000000 times.

     

    No, Orlando likes that idea of moving VC at season’s end to potentially pull in someone for Howard to build with.

    If the Wizards are going to trade for Vince, they better do it this season. He has an expiring contract this season, and I don’t want to keep him around. If we trade for him next season, then that means he was signed to a new contract. I think that Gil is betterr than Vince right now, and I would only trade for him this season because his expiring contract could be very valuable.
