marcusfizer21ParticipantBulls versus Blazers with the Bulls winning 110-98
Luol Deng was the beast tonight… I have always complained about how Lu would score 16 in the first half then disappear in the second… Well, tonight, at least tonight, he didn’t disappear… He kept on scoring all night en route to a career high 40 points… He broke his previous high of 38 against…..well… Portland back in 2007… I hope he’ll be able to do it consistently…
Derrick Rose looked great distributing the ball well… He wasn’t aggressive offensively in terms of taking shots but he had 16 points and 13 assists… Pretty solid game for Rose…
Joakim Noah is proving to everyone just how valuable he is with Chicago… He has become a double double machine in the first 3 contests… Him and Asik aka Chris Dudley 2.0 are making a good tandem out there…
LaMarcus Aldridge is solid tonight with a 33 point outburst for the Blazers who gets their first loss of the season… I knew he would have been solid with the Bulls! Damn John Paxson for trading him away…
Kings versus Raptors with the Kings winning 111-108
Great game from both teams… The Raptors started out early on putting the Kings out… I was particularly impressed with Reggie Evans… He’s one of the most reliable rebounders in the NBA…
Demar Derozan and Andrea Bargnani had great games tonight…
DeMarcus Cousins need to relax a bit and not get into foul trouble that early… But he soon picked it up after a slow start…
Tyreke is just Tyreke…got nothing much else to say…
Spurs versus Clippers with Spurs winning 97-88
Spurs played a well-balanced offense tonight but all I can say right now is WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWW on Eric Gordon… Did y’all see those nasty dunks???????? F u cc KK that! NAAASTY… The boy is certainly making his mark… He had a fine game with a double double… 23 pts and 11 asts… The Clippers has yet to get a W…

Toronto16ParticipantI can’t believe the Raptors blew that lead last night, but I am happy DeRozan is showing flashes of that amazing potential.

IndianaBasketballParticipantIsn’t amazing how great Derrick Rose looks distributing the ball when his teammates are… making… shots and finishing plays?
People saying Derrick Rose can’t pass or make plays need to retire.

JoeWolf1Fizer, I love your Asik to Dudley comparison, lol
If Mark Price is the free throw Jesus, then Dudley was the Anti- Christ

omphalosParticipantI was having fits of rage watching that Portland game today. D was terrible from the Blazers; can’t believe how many open looks Luol was getting after he had such a hot start. It seemed like every time they pulled close they would screw it up by leaving the shooter open. Brandon Roy needs to be more assertive looking for his shot early. That said, the Bulls D was stifling, Thibs has worked wonders with that team already.
Also, Wesley Matthews was forcing a lot of shots; that new deal seems to have gone to his head and he isn’t defending as well as I expected from him.
Caught a bit of the Clippers-Spurs game too and having Warren on the roster was a good move, he and Griffin have great chemistry from college and hooked up on a couple of plays today. It’s going to be huge when the Clips get their first win at home for the season.

sacphil_08ParticipantNot to take a shot at the raptors fans here but demar derozan cant shoot to save his life. I was actually at the game. Tyreke guarded him the majority of the time and dared him to shoot and he wouldnt shoot and when he did the form was bad and the shots missed terribly.Going at the rim is obviously his strength but he cant shoot. He also missed like 4 or 5 free throws in the end of the 4th when they were trying to come back but he had a pretty good game. anyone who said he was the next air canada is delusional. Bargnani is a tough cover. he’s like a dirk 2.0 just not as good

Mr. 19134ParticipantFavorite play of last might was Derozan dunking on Sammy D with like a minute left in the game. Good move.

boffacheeriosParticipantmy favorite part of the game was when dally parially blocked kleiza on his possibly game tying shot (if a foul was called) then finishing the game with a casspi dunk (that didn’t count, but was a statement
