Crossova21ParticipantI’m sort of bummed that my Pacers won’t be able to sign him next summer now. All this cap room but no free agents.

RUDEBOY_Participantyeah, i heard Horford will be getting a deal very similar to what Noah got from the Bulls..So now there are 3 guys that have been giving extensions from that draft..Durant,Noah and now Horford..
Alot of interesting free agents from that 2007 draft..With Oden being the biggest name..Portland must resign him..If they dont want that label of picking another bust and letting a superstar get away….Staying injury free is Oden’s biggest problem..
Rodney Stuckey & Jeff Green wont be given extensions…So with the new labor bargain coming up..Next summer will be very interesting….

The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantbecause player’s are now worried about the future and want something in writing…Guys worth Near max money like Al are signing now because he doesn’t know what he can get after the New CBA is put in place( after a Long and Bloody Lock Out )Thats why I think the Knicks are so pressed to make a deal for Melo know…Get him on the books…that’s what every GM is thinking…If he’s a member of your Team pre Lock Out, he’s your to claim after the lock out…Teams have that time to figure things out financialy and trade wise….

JNixonParticipantAl Horford would’ve never went to the Pacers, CBA threats or not.

The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantThis Year is the Last Year of the NBA as we know it…A lot of these deals won’t mean shyt because all deal’s get throw out the window if the New CBA allows Teams to cut players like The NFL…The Owners are going for the throat…They look at these deals being offered and accepted and they laugh…They know Noah and Horford will never see all that money they just signed for…There ain’t enough money to give These guys 10 million a year and keep the lights on…The owner are taking a hit when the Rent is due and these Players ain’t selling jerseys and season tickets like they used to…The Game has gotten better but the lack of true Stars around the League has hurt the market value of several NBA teams…At the end of the day there is no profit to be made when you pay the top 10 paid players half of the total gross…

ChrischiParticipantI have a feeling that the Thunder believe in Green and resign and overpay him. Just a feeling.

The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantHow Crazy would it to be to Pair Oden and Durant in OKC…The Blazers could use a Sf/Pf to back up Batum and LA in a Lamar Odom role…The Thunder need a defender in the paint…

The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantwill be to much for even the Knicks to take on…I think Oden is traded at the deadline…Sixers, Thunder and Pistons are in the lead for Greg Oden…

McWinningParticipantOden would fit perfectly with Oklahoma City with Durant, Westbrook, and Harden as the main ballhandlers he would give them a great all around player.
If he got the time hed probably lead the league in Blocks, field goal percentage, and maybe rebounds, and gives Westbrook a legit finishing big man.

STOP.
Also, I don’t see Oden being traded because Camby has 2 seasons left in him and Oden can be retain for cheap, like 30 mil.
