TC_42ParticipantThe Thunder just exercised contract options for six players: Westbrook, Harden, Ibaka, Maynor, White, and Mullens.
I think they have until November 1 to exercise the option on Green… do you think this means that they are not going to? If they were, I don’t know why they wouldn’t have just done it when they did it with these other six players.
If they haven’t done anything by Nov 1, that means he will become a restricted FA at the end of this season, right?

The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantGreen has value in the NBA and the Thunder need size in the frontcourt…They’ll be offering Green in trades all over the League…I’d watch out for these few teams to possibly jump in and get Green…The Clippers, The Kings and The Nuggets…They Thunder have some cap space to make a lopsided deal but Kaman,Jordan,Dalembert,Whiteside, and Nene are all on the table for trades…All 3 teams could use a player like Jeff Green to play SF( The Nuggets would have him there in case they trade Melo )

BothTeamsPlayedHardParticipantIt isn’t an option, it is a qualifying offer. If they don’t get an extension done, he will be an RFA.

MuggsyParticipantI’d accept Kaman for Green, we’d be able to bench Krstic & start Serge @ PF. Kaman, Ibaka, Durant, Sefolosha, Westbrook with Harden @ 6th.

The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantThunder are high on Ibaka and would have to Offer Green and possibly Collison and Cap Filler or Pick…Dalembert and Nene are possibilties too…

BasketBalAllanParticipantAccording to Hollinger this is how you would get a 78 win Thunder team and a 66 win Kings team.

Its funny to see just how terrible the "Hollinger’s Analysis" part of trade machine is.

stanford hoopsSmart move by thunder. They already said they are gonna let the market determine greens vaule. Which is a perfect thing to do with the salaries for NBA players going down next season

RUDEBOY_ParticipantGreen is a good complimentary player, but a poor rebounder for a guy that plays the power forward spot..He averages only 6 a game..But he still have value in the eyes of other teams…

joecheck88Participanti wouldnt mind trading green and collison for nene. its just the injuries that kill nene. kaman seems like a better player than nene but im not sold on kaman either. as far as dalembert, okc wouldnt touch that one. i could see okc trying to land jason thompson if available though.

MelParticipantHe is a nice player. Great friends with KD but I dont see him as the starting PF if the Thunder are serious about contending for World Championships. He is too small and inconsistent at this stage in his career. I like his game and am a fan but he is not going to cut it if they are going to get past the Lakers.
He does have value, he’s young and talented and I think he should be moved for someone. Who that someone is, IDK.

SubZeroParticipantAs a Thunder fan, it would pain me to see him go as I’ve always imagined winning a championship down the road with the KD, Westbrook, Green trio and I would hate to see that broken up but…it would probably be better to trade him and let Ibaka grow

dmo21ParticipantI’d like to see a Green and Krstic for Kaman trade. Clippers get a starting small forward, which they need, and Krstic can play center until Jordan is ready. OKC gets a legit starting center and him and KD have a great inside-outside tandem.
