The Splash DocParticipantThe Nuggets-Clippers game should have showed Carmelo he sould go to the Clippers.
A trade like Kaman, Aminu, Foye, Gomes and 2 first should be able to get Carmelo Anthony and JR Smith to LAC
A Clippers core of Anthony-Griffin-Gordon-Davis-Smith-Jordan-Bledsoe would be very good they would need another BIG inside but that team is a top 4 team out West
Also Anthony-Griffin-Gordon would make a great BIG 3 and I think they’d be better in the long run than The Heat 3 mainly because as the Heat 3 would decline at the same time as when Carmelo declines slowly Griffin and Gordon would be stepping into their primes also Jordan could become that defensive presence JR might get it together and Bledsoe is Callipari Guard so he might have a solid career.
Carmelo go to the Clippers it makes the most sense
Though Denver may ask for too much even though this trade couldnt go through til December 15th
Thoughts????????????????

ghettosermonParticipantBut just look those names you listed. JR Smith, Eric Gordon, Carmelo Anthony, Baron Davis, Blake Griffin, Eric Bledose. You’ve got to remember that there is only one ball to go around. A couple of guys would get the short end of the stick. Most likely Melo and Griffin would get the most touches. JR Smith is not that effective when he’s not a scorer, and you are taking away the strengths of Bdiddy by making him a pass first PG. Eric Gordon showed in the summer he could accept a secondary role but for how many years could he accept being a 3rd or 4th option behind Melo and Blake, and probably as of right now Baron. Who says Eric Gordon sticks around as a secondary option long enough until Melo starts declining. Lets be honest as long as Melo and Blake Griffin are healthy Eric Gordon will always be a 3rd option at best.

kgreeley20ParticipantI would not give up Kaman. If they give up Kaman then DeAndre Jordan will be starting and I dont think he is ready yet.

ChewyParticipantbut the clippers organization will never shell out the money for a championship caliber team. One of only 3 teams no NEVER be in the luxury tax in the last decade. No matter now many good players they get, they will sign one maybe two to extensions and then let the others go. Like always.
Sorry Clippers fans, it’s not you, it’s not the players, it’s the owner that will keep you in the celair for all time.
