MagikKnickParticipantWill we see Denver start over, completely?
Will Chauncey Billups, JR Smith, Kenyon Martin and other vets be headed out the door as well?

butidonthavemoneyDenver’s been trying to shoo off Smith and Martin for a while now. They’ve stated many times (mainly after the Utah series) that they wanted to be a smarter team.
Billups might be moved to give Lawson a chance (could see an Aaron Brooks type of impact there).
So to answer your question, I’m sure Denver would like nothing more (short of actually keeping Melo) than to start over without Billups, Smith and Martin.

Stojakovicfor3ParticipantKenyon Martin would probably be out the door with Harrington and Favors in town.

SwatLakeCityParticipantI agree. I’m sure Martin and Smith are being discussed in trade talks as we speak. I hear that the Nuggets are still trying to keep Melo someway somehow. They’re trying to pry Rip Hamilton from detroit. By the way did you Martin’s contract, its humongous. 16 million. I didn’t realize it was that big, that’s gonna be awfully hard to deal. That’s about as bad as AK’s ginormous contract.
