gregoden08ParticipantI don’t understand these ratings sometimes. Tyler is an excellent passer, and even in the strengths section it mentions how he has impressive court vision, yet he gets a 7/10.
I sometimes don’t get these ratings at all….someone who is a 6,8 pf gets a 6/10 in size and is very undersized, yet a 6,9 pf gets at least a 8/10 and has good size for the pf spot…

ZaratukParticipantSize is overrated IMO….

WizardofOzParticipantThey didn’t give him a 6/10 in size, they gave him a 9/10.

llpereztyler is as good a passer i have seen at ucla since baron davis. Its one of the things that stands out about him the most.

gregoden08ParticipantI never said he did…im using that as an example with ratings lol.

WizardofOzParticipant^^ Oh, my bad.

Mr. 19134ParticipantI don’t get them either, i don’t even pay attention to them, like Jrue Holliday had 97 rating going into the season at UCLA but by the time the draft came around somehow he lost all his skills and was down to a 91…Turner overall was a 97 and Favors was a 98 and Turner is easily and more well rounded prospect…It’s all bad logic with the ratings they don’t know they’re just guessing.

McWinningParticipantI know Honeycutts a good passer but you honestly saying hes a better passer than Darren Collison?
0 - Posted on: Wed, 09/22/2010 - 7:13pm #405279

llperezif your talking to me, yes. Its always hard to compare pg’s passing ability to a forward becasue pgs are gonna be alittle underrated in this regard due to the fact they are expected to make good quality passes every time down so its easy to overlokk them a little. But honeycutt throws some jaw dropping dimes and has as many impressive highlight type passes as anyone i have seen there.

Real deal seal of appealParticipanthey guys your being rated agn your own postions Like Josh Selby may be a 93 as a point passing the ball and John Wall a 98 then Will Barton maybe a98 as a passer and Reggie Bulluck gets a92 it does not mean that Barton is a better overall passer then Selby just better in his postino…You feel me….Thanks
